    Ingredients for macher jhol
    Katla mach - 400g
    Cauliflower -300g
    Beans -100g
    Potato -200g
    Green chilli - 6p
    Ginger & cumin paste -3tbsp
    Mustard oil-150g
    Turmeric powder- 3TSP
    Salt- 5tap
    Kashmiri red chilli powder-3tbsp
    PROCESS:
    1) First add mustard oil to the pan and fry the fish well.
    2) When the fish.When the fishes are fried well, add mustard oil in another pan &add whole cumin seeds, bay leaves and dry chillies in it.
    3) Once the whole masala is roasted well, add all the vegetables and saute for three to four minutes.
    4) After frying well for three to four minutes, add ginger, cumin, salt, kashmiri, chili powder and green chillies one by one.And cook till the oil oozes out from the masala.
    5) When the oil comes out of the masala, add enough water in it.
    6) Once the water boils, add the pre-fried fish and cook for twenty minutes on low flame.
    7 )At the end add some garam masala & your fish curry is ready.
