Ingredients for egg curry recipe:
Egg-8 (peace)
Onions- 100g (chopped)
Ginger Garlic -50g
Tomatoes - 100g(chopped)
Oil- 100g
Cumin seeds-10g
Cardamom- 2(peace)
Clove- 3(peace)
Cinnamon- 3(peace)
Red chilli -4(peace)
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Salt for seasoning- pinch (1/8 tsp or to taste)
Process:
1) First you have to put oil in a pan,When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, ginger garlic,& tomato ,And fry well for three to four minutes.
2) When it is fried, paste it well with a grinder.
3)Then put some oil in another pan,And when the oil is hot, fry the eggs well.
4)Once the eggs are fried, add the pre-blended spices,And cook well until the oil comes out of the spice.
5)Once the oil comes out of the spice, add a cup of water and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
6) Ready & Enjoy
