Would be a good candidate for an e tra deck monster for the archetype. Maybe a link two that gains effects based on the attributes used for its summon?

I've only learned about the existence from this archetype due Duel Links and i was instantly in love with it. Went to my next Comic and Card shop and bought some of them.
In Yugioh Master Duel I run a Witchcrafter Deck I love them because they are easy to summon and if they are sent to the grave I can banish them to get new monsters or spells to summon
The fact that the live in the citadel makes me Idk extremely happy because I find it so genius that the people at Konami have so many cross overs in mind I mean endymion/Witchcrafter/spellbook/mythical beast and some other archetypes I just love it Now I need to build an Endymion/Witchcrafter/Spellbook/mythical beast deck
So...Endymion/Mythical Beast/Darkmagician/Busterblader/Witchcrafter/Prophecy/Spellbook/Invoked. Time to get building guys. 60 Cards Highlander let's go.
It's Fitting that this Video was Uploaded now because I've just Recently Unlocked Tea in DSOD and that I'm Currently trying to get the Cards need to Construct a Witchcrafter Deck in Dual Links. And on a side Note it's kind of a pin going up against the DSOD Tea but at least I'm still able to beat her even on Lv 40. In the Current Event in DSOD of Dual Links

Hey i c that madame verre's 2nd effect is a watered down version of plasma's 1 sided skill drain effect, cool. Also madame verre is the best waifu out of all the witchcrafters, the smug face is just icing on the waifu.
Wow... Black pendant was created by Edel. This means Black Pendant, a card we've had since forverer actually had a creator. I guess that means that it reinforces the idea of the unites world and the 12 Dimensions. Since we always had access to using the pendant but a "Dimensional Barrier/Portal" and or the power pf Duelists themselves was yet not strong enough to be able to use the strenght of higher more powerful beings as the Witchcrafter guild. I support this because Yugi had Breaker and surely other cards in his deck that used spell counters. And Genni collaborated with Spell Counters. All of this leads me to think that whatever number "x" dimension the human world is in. Is slowly consuming the Spirit World and or Duel Monster world. Gaining control over higher more powerful beings and crafts. Such as the witchcrafter. When in the past yesteryear duelists only used golems, zombies, items/creations and warriors/personas not so strong or relevant to have an impact on an overall Role and Lore. All of this only leads me to think how cool would be a good adaptation of Yugioh using all of these elements and returning to the original Mysticism that characterized this franchiese before it turned into Techno. Basically adapt Duel Terminal and Master Guides but without forgetting of the duelists and the Human dimension.
Or maybe someone in Konami thought it'll be cute to include a small easter egg to one of the earliest cards in the game. We all know Konami is such as guilty for nostalgic bait as Pokemon is by giving support for almost anything in the early cards.
I honestly would prefer a balance between mysticism and techno, but I would also like to focus on the monsters themselves and not through the lens of a duel where it is always about the human duelists and likely not how these monsters are interacting.
2 Quick little fun facts I'd like to add: 1. Haine has the the same attribute, type and level as dark magician, and the same Atk and Def as the base form monarchs. 2. Scroll has both a spell counter and what appears to be the nekroz mirror in it's artwork
I actually have a couple of these cards in Duel Links, and they're honestly quite good to get a two tribute monster out quite fast. I don't have the full set of the archetype so there's ton of room for improvement in that department.
The Golum looks afully similar to the Patronus. Do you think the Patronus was a member of the witchcrafters, maby theyr master and original founder since they all seem to be very young, who is now deceased? It could explain why a creatin using all of theyr skills combined looks like that.
I just read Genni moved from the Citadel (Endymion) to the guild (Withcrafters) and not the vise - versa. On I think official Yu-gi-oh facts from Twitter, not sure though. 0:28 "Kono Dio da". 10:26 Silent Magician.
I got the perfect name for the level 6 Witchcrafter based on the Bystreet card. Witchcrafter Lady Talladora (Woodshaper, Spanish) Level 6 - Earth - 1900/2450 - Spellcaster (duh) (Quick Effect) Discard 2 to 3 Witchcrafter Cards, and choose one of these effects: * Special Summon 1 "Witchcrafter Marionette" monsters from your Extra Deck for each discarded card (Level 4/Plant/0ATK/3000DEF) * Special Summon 1 Rank 4 Spellcaster XYZ Monster from your Extra Deck using the discarded cards as XYZ Materials (XYZ Material requirements must be met) If this card is in your GY, banish 1" Witchcrafter" Monster in your GY, Special Summon 1 Rank 4 Spellcaster XYZ Monster from your Extra Deck or GY with this card as its XYZ Material, as long as "Witchcrafter Lady Talladora" is attached to that monster, it is treated as a "Witchcrafter" monster. Lady Talladora could be a defensive card and be a cornerstone of XYZ Summoning/Swarming for the archetype but have the caveat of if Spells are used as a Material and they aren't discarded immediately, that's potentially one less spell in hand to use. Cards like Downered Magician and especially Alchemic Magician could see more play due to the effect of discarding materials back to the graveyard and even sending Witchcrafter cards to the graveyard just to get them back and they can set a Spell Card with Alchemic, like Unveiling.
This is my primarily best deck I've built with the help of the Spellbook spell card engine for draw power and extra spell card usage for Verre's effect. I Love that I could also recycle the spellbooks with spellbook tower so I could stay in the game as I draw into more spells to make either my defenses better, or get my offensive tools for my final big blow with the combo of Collaboration's double attack and Spellbook of Power to add a spellbook card to hand for Verre's effect to boost my double attacker for game.
Literally my first archetype I use when I played Master Duel for the first time At first, I use this archetype because the artwork is gorgeous especially madame verre. And I never expected that this archetype carried me to gold and after that, changing my deck to either skystriker, dogmatika, or traptrix

The artwork depicts 7 shops on the street, each store in this card's artwork has different crests that refers to every 'main' "Witchcrafter" girls, which could also probably belongs different group of Spellcasters series/archetype. The most identifiable ownership of each store is as follow: Blue crest ("Spellbook" crest): "Madame Verre" (she is the only predominantly blue "Witchcrafter".) Yellow crest: "Pittore", there seems to be several paint buckets stored in a rack Green crest: "Poterie", there's clay symbol and housing Red crest: "Schmietta" (she is the only predominantly red Witchcrafter".) Brown crest: "Haine" (she is the only predominantly dark colored "Witchcrafter".) Purple crest: "Edel", (she is the only predominantly purple "Witchcrafter.") Spell Counter crest: “Genni”, (she is adorned with the Spell Counter emblem and later becomes “Servant of Endymion.”) I love this video but I think you may have miscounted with the Monsters, as there are 8 (if you include Golem Aruru, who doesnt have a shop as you said shes a creation, but the other crafters are accounted for) I think the image in patronus is Verre from the newly introduced "Magistus" archetype.

Notably the painting seems to be above a shrine or altar, so she may be dead...
Which might mean this is where Mima came from, not went off too. :-p
I am missing something here.
@@andresmarrero8666 little info if u don't know : mima is character from touhou project, and her appearance is Look like the girl in witchcrafter patronus
Please do a d/d/d trivia please.
I second this notion
I agree
Let the kings rise
Suprised he hasn't done that yet
Here is a history book. It will start you on your journey
The fact that the live in the citadel makes me Idk extremely happy because I find it so genius that the people at Konami have so many cross overs in mind
I mean endymion/Witchcrafter/spellbook/mythical beast and some other archetypes
I just love it
Now I need to build an Endymion/Witchcrafter/Spellbook/mythical beast deck
You forgot invoked is also connected
So...Endymion/Mythical Beast/Darkmagician/Busterblader/Witchcrafter/Prophecy/Spellbook/Invoked.
Time to get building guys. 60 Cards Highlander let's go.
@@Cold_ritual ohh yea I forgot!!
@@XLuxtra haha but that dark magician/ buster blader isn't canon
Crush cards sayed it but I'm not fully convinced yet
Dark magician and buster blader arent canon to the story Konami has already finished the lore behind tbe endymion story
Nooo Konami TCG, stop censoring pretty girls like that!! 😖☹️

The missing crafter belongs to the allegiance of Crowley, a Prophecy.
It could also be an item from the invoked group
@@EpochMakerCJ Aliester Crowley made Invoked and Prophecy. You see a shop with Spellbook on it. The 8th in the back is Potterie's
also, Crowler is now The Invoker -Aliester who protects the the Prophecies against Endymion's tyrannical ruling, Endymion's want prophecy's magics

Reminds me of Dorothea from Fire Emblem
I feel like the witchcrafters and the aromages would get on well
Marjoram: You have lovely ideas, but we still have a BUDGET...

Edel: we should make a schedule first...
Verre: ... AFTER the payment plan.

I mean they're both pretty trolly deck wise (played aromages and building witchcrafters 🤷🏼♀️) so yeah they probably would get along together
Hey i c that madame verre's 2nd effect is a watered down version of plasma's 1 sided skill drain effect, cool. Also madame verre is the best waifu out of all the witchcrafters, the smug face is just icing on the waifu.
I kinda like the Witchcrafter archetype in Duel Links. I use them with Magician Girls. Although it isn’t complete, it works great.
You earned my sub. As a duel links player I am so glad you have made this.
"International version has the drool completely removed"
Yeahh boi they better remove it before we get to it
Heh... This clearly shows yu-gi-oh might not have been a children's card game. Children simply ruined it as they did everything else.
This made my brain hurt
Or maybe someone in Konami thought it'll be cute to include a small easter egg to one of the earliest cards in the game. We all know Konami is such as guilty for nostalgic bait as Pokemon is by giving support for almost anything in the early cards.
MASTERFUL
I honestly would prefer a balance between mysticism and techno, but I would also like to focus on the monsters themselves and not through the lens of a duel where it is always about the human duelists and likely not how these monsters are interacting.
2 Quick little fun facts I'd like to add: 1. Haine has the the same attribute, type and level as dark magician, and the same Atk and Def as the base form monarchs. 2. Scroll has both a spell counter and what appears to be the nekroz mirror in it's artwork
Didn't realize this archetype was kinda related to Endymion lorewise, thought it was just a loli deck, might give them some play
This is one of my new favourite decks - can’t wait to get more cards to complete it!!
They look cool. I don’t know how they would fare in competitive but their artworks are so gorgeous!
They're wrecking havoc in duel links.
I always thought Servant stepped down to become a Witchcrafter but in retrospect it makes more sense that she stepped up to become an Endymion.
I actually have a couple of these cards in Duel Links, and they're honestly quite good to get a two tribute monster out quite fast. I don't have the full set of the archetype so there's ton of room for improvement in that department.
7:30 she also looks like Jotaro from JoJo Part 3... very much so, I think she might be a jojo-reference
You man you should continue your series on old structure decks, really enjoyed those!
And here I thought that Madame Verre is a glass cannon of a monster because of her name but it was more of a cannon than a glass cannon.
Well she may be she make anti bullet glass...
Master duel players: meh
DL players: AHHHHHHHHHHH!
I pulled a Golem aruru out of a pack once and it made me build a whole deck. It's seriously one of my best if not my best deck.
The Golum looks afully similar to the Patronus. Do you think the Patronus was a member of the witchcrafters, maby theyr master and original founder since they all seem to be very young, who is now deceased?
It could explain why a creatin using all of theyr skills combined looks like that.
I think she is the founder yeah, and it seems plausible that Aruru was made in her image
I just read Genni moved from the Citadel (Endymion) to the guild (Withcrafters) and not the vise - versa. On I think official Yu-gi-oh facts from Twitter, not sure though.
0:28 "Kono Dio da".
10:26 Silent Magician.
Hammer and scissors are just the euphemism of hammer and sickle. Lmao. 😂
I got the perfect name for the level 6 Witchcrafter based on the Bystreet card.
Witchcrafter Lady Talladora (Woodshaper, Spanish)
Level 6 - Earth - 1900/2450 - Spellcaster (duh)
(Quick Effect) Discard 2 to 3 Witchcrafter Cards, and choose one of these effects:
* Special Summon 1 "Witchcrafter Marionette" monsters from your Extra Deck for each discarded card (Level 4/Plant/0ATK/3000DEF)
* Special Summon 1 Rank 4 Spellcaster XYZ Monster from your Extra Deck using the discarded cards as XYZ Materials (XYZ Material requirements must be met)
If this card is in your GY, banish 1" Witchcrafter" Monster in your GY, Special Summon 1 Rank 4 Spellcaster XYZ Monster from your Extra Deck or GY with this card as its XYZ Material, as long as "Witchcrafter Lady Talladora" is attached to that monster, it is treated as a "Witchcrafter" monster.
0:25 You’re giving me nightmares
It would be crazy if they went deep into the lore if DMG was the 6th level Witchcrafter but they never replaced her.
Literally my first archetype I use when I played Master Duel for the first time
At first, I use this archetype because the artwork is gorgeous especially madame verre. And I never expected that this archetype carried me to gold and after that, changing my deck to either skystriker, dogmatika, or traptrix
There will be a new archetypes in the ocg, releasing this saturday. I think that system is somehow related to the invoked alester endymion and witchcrafter
Loving these vids.
Love the mix of lore and mechanics. Wish there was more! Lol.
Also, I’d love to see the Empire from this video covered. They’re involved with the Witch Crafters, the Spell Book peeps, and by association, my main man, Aleister.
The artwork depicts 7 shops on the street, each store in this card's artwork has different crests that refers to every 'main' "Witchcrafter" girls, which could also probably belongs different group of Spellcasters series/archetype. The most identifiable ownership of each store is as follow:
Blue crest ("Spellbook" crest): "Madame Verre" (she is the only predominantly blue "Witchcrafter".)
Yellow crest: "Pittore", there seems to be several paint buckets stored in a rack
Green crest: "Poterie", there's clay symbol and housing
Red crest: "Schmietta" (she is the only predominantly red Witchcrafter".)
Brown crest: "Haine" (she is the only predominantly dark colored "Witchcrafter".)
Purple crest: "Edel", (she is the only predominantly purple "Witchcrafter.")
Spell Counter crest: “Genni”, (she is adorned with the Spell Counter emblem and later becomes “Servant of Endymion.”)
I love this video but I think you may have miscounted with the Monsters, as there are 8 (if you include Golem Aruru, who doesnt have a shop as you said shes a creation, but the other crafters are accounted for)
I think the image in patronus is Verre from the newly introduced "Magistus" archetype.
As a french fan I laugh everytime when you struggle prononcing words. In france we have problem with the "th" in English so I understand, also french is a very complicated language
10:22, I love ya bro for all the content you make and it's good to hear from you during this chaotic time, but one thing. Your math is wrong at the time I posted because if you count, there are 7 witchcrafters there without x's on their face. Love the content but figured I'd give you some crap for that. 😂😂
2nd
Thx Sam, great job, nice to see you still do these types of vids!!
Madame Verre's face is the only thing that brings instant rage to me especially after dsod tea
Clay maker, painter, blacksmith, dresser, knowledge, jeweler, and glass blower
I love the witchcrafter archetype in fact I actually have a deck that has endymion, mythical Beast and witchcrafter in one deck. It's so funny to beat all of you're opponents monsters with one Monster by using diffusion wave motion activated while witchcrafter madame effect watch your opponent completely just be dumbfounded that they got destroyed by one moster lmao 🤣
I like The Withcrafter,s
But that dam smug look on Madame Verre!
She earned it. She has the potential to make any spellcaster into a boss including herself.

You gotta admit though it is accurate
Said 6 witchcrafters not including the creation but if you count the cards there are 7, not including the creation. All shops accounted for
Glad to see more Romanian words used, Haine is def my favorite looking Witchcrafter.
Thank you so much! I was just asking for it on one of your videos last week lol
Witchcrafter Bystreet and Witchcrafter Scroll seem to have the symbols of both Spell Counters and Spellbook/Prophecy in their artwork. Perhaps the Prophecy archetype is also related in some way?
Probably
I love when something comes in Duel Links 'cause there's a TGS video about it... know time to the Fossil Archetype men just because Jim Crocodyle
Gosh darn it, I cannot escape that smug loli. I open the duel overload pack and got smug loli, I went into duel links and get smug loli and now it haunts me in TH-cam
I kinda want to see the orcusts tbh. But great vid btw, I'm gonna make a deck from these :D
5:03 No you said it (almost) right the first time :-)
8:15 Per-fect 👌
10:18 Um... you showed 7 other witchcrafters though... there are 7 shops for all 7 witches...
Edit: While I'll agree on the potential level 6... Genni, Potterie, Pittore, Schmietta, Edel, Haine, Verre...
The 7th shop belongs to Genni presumably, unless that witch in the artwork of Patronus is an unreleased monster
@@brianaguilar8283 or maybe dead, that is why they are looking at the paint
The 7th is just Potterie's shop, Genni's is the one with the spell counter sign.
Hmm... I wonder if I should get into witchcraft and become a witchcrafter?
Learn magic from Genni
Get a weapon from Schmietta
Jewelry from Edel And outfit from Haine?
YESSSS IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ONE!!!!
I was looking through the playlist Sam and realized you hadn't done a blackwing archetype, so blackwing video soon? please I love those cards
Which version, anime or irl card game, cause there's alot
Or manga
So you just wait till the archetype comes out on duel links, then release a video. I dig it.
Nice. Since you did Spellbooks and Witchcrafters who all are related to Endymion, you should do Mythical Beasts then Endymion.

Man such a great video I love witchcrafters so much this just made them so much cooler. I also really really hope and wish one day they get a new main deck boss monster that can negate one spell or trap by discarding a spell card 😍😍 because that will just make them perfect and them them alot.
I love the endymion lore that goes with the witchcrafter cards
One of my favourite archetypes, they're hella powerful in a pure witchcrafter deck
This archetype is the most evil and hilarious deck I've played by far and I love it

Btw amazing videos as always
Also F THE WITCHCRAFTERS!
They annoying af in duep links
Ever since Witchcrafters dropped in duel links I've been enjoying the design and playstyle of this archetype!
I use Golem in my Fortune Lady deck, such a nice card for quick removal or recovery
I think it's worth mentioning that the painting in Witchcrafter Patronus kind of resembles the Golem Aruru. I like to think that this Patronus was some kind of important or revered person to the Witchcrafters which they decided to honour through the creation of Aruru.
I feel this archetype concept is legit for mahou shoujo anime, konami please make it
*I was just gonna request witchcrafter after new support was added in TCG and more importantly they were added in Duel links... Thank you for making this video*
