really, this album is about them, but all the songs seem to strike a chord with mental health, and not only to take care of yourself but how we can help each other!
This song could refer to a friend, a family member, a loved one. It was released around Easter and I was telling my friends it could also refer to the powerful one above who accepts and doesn't leave us despite our sins and weaknesses. It is a PTX original included in their all-original album The Lucky Ones
Maybe it's just me, but I really appreciate their approach. They take more heavy or difficult themes and make them light and positive without taking the seriousness away. It feels like comunication with friends.
My favorite lyric is “pray when I can’t hope.” Kirstin co-wrote this and I loved the melody and the lyrics pack a punch. Loved your reaction.

I think you'd really enjoy the rest of their album then. It's all original songs written by the members and there are quite a few that are focused around mental health. Never Gonna Cry Again is a personal favorite.
This album is very much themed around connecting to one another. Even the break-up songs aren't angry. Try Coffee in Bed and listen to Space (no video).

I checked out your playlists and I didn’t see one for PTX. It helps us to do a quick reference before clogging your comments with reactions you have already done. It will help your view counts because often, if someone is new and loves your reaction, they will go to see if you have done any more on that artist.
