      I do have a question: what would be more accurate, the 621 (327mm inner barrel) or the 623 (400mm inner barrel) at stock speeds (400 FPS)? What if I want to downgrade to 300 FPS?

    • @PheasAirsoft
      @PheasAirsoft  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@danielwang5467 Thank you for the compliment! If people have taken the time to comment or ask a question then its important to me to come back to them and give them an answer if I can! As with the barrels, if you are running them at stock speeds and then potentially going to lower the FPS, the longer one would generally be expected to give the bb a more stable flight meaning there is less likely to be spread at the end of the flight of the bb. But this can depend on how clean the barrel is and the conditions on the day. In all honesty you probably wouldn't notice any real difference between them. Hope that helps! Pheas

      @@Mr1drew Hiya. Gbb pistols are great and a lot of fun, my wife runs an army R32 with c02 mags and loves it, and the jw3 tti pistol is a nice piece, my son runs the kjw MK1 non blow back and although a little inaccurate it's a great little piece and super cheap. However for me gas blow backs are not always great in British weather and I'm a massive fan of electric pistols. The cyma ones now with the MOSFET in are better than ever and such good value, no you don't get the recoil but you get all year round consistency and option of full auto if things go sideways. There are sooo many options out that right now, it's hard to pick a bad one really I suppose. I will say that it's a rare occasion my pistol is ever drawn and if I do use it it's usually because I've taken it as a primary and left my rifle in the safe zone. Hope that helps! Pheas

      @Mr1drew 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@PheasAirsoft That does help, thanks! Being based in Ireland myself my airsoft friends say gas isn't great in cold climates so it's perhaps more of a summer gun than a winter one. Maybe I'll "hold fire" on buying that (pun intended). Thanks again!

So you should be able to put red to red and black to black, if not then one of them is wired the wrong way around and will need to have a new connector on it. I would look at the battery connecting to the gun, do the colours of the wires match there? Any chance to test and chrono a working CM.032 M14 variant? I know that the one you previously filmed had was faulty. Bad luck, I own one in olive green, 100% working, and with side rail attached and scope 3-9x40EG weight a ton (4.5 kg), more than original weapon was. But that gives me a happy sweat and makes me a fitness hero when using it.
    Although is in the range of 360's, which is a bit weak for DMR style gun in Europe, it lift great .28 BB's. The only downside is ver.7 gearbox, which looks a living nightmare to work to...
    I have spotted an issue though, if you press very briefly and incomplete the trigger, is going to arm the piston, but it will release it only with the next pull. Every single trigger pull have to be complete and steady, otherwise you likely run into mechanical issues. Also when battery deplete, gearbox makes a noise like it breaks down, but switching batteries the scary sound disappear.

    • @PheasAirsoft
      @PheasAirsoft  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hiya. I dont have it any more, and the issue with it was an abundance of grease in the top of the motor, cleared it out and it was great again. If I get hold of another, I usually end up buying the same guns over and over then I will make sure to do a video. WIth the trigger that is inherent in them all, only way to solve that easily is like you said, a full trigger pull. After that it maybe get a mosfet fitted. Hope that helps. Pheas

      Hiya! I have a new fav budget one now lol. It's the Double Eagle M904 series with the falcon control system. They are slightly more expensive than this cyma (£100ish for the gun) they have as good externals, the mosfet is significantly better and more reliable than the one cyma is currently using as well. The videos I've been releasing, including today's, use a pretty much standard m904 for a DMR and they are outstanding for the money. Don't get me wrong these cm.621 are still good, but not as good as the 904 for only a bit more money. Pheas

    Got this gun and am super chuffed, it's fantastic. I also ordered a 7.4 Lipo and a smart charger. However, I've heard that Lipos can sometimes burn up or even explode in the gun if too low on charge?

    • @PheasAirsoft
      @PheasAirsoft  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Good choice in starter!! Massive compliment for me that I have influenced what someone has bought!
      As for Lipos, they are completely safe provided you treat them as they need to be treated. First of all don't poke them with sharp edges (such as blades or screw driver tips) not that anyone would but just to be safe.
      Next you are more likely to damage the cells so they cant be recharged by over discharging them (by shooting your gun) than you are to make them actually explode. For this you have a couple of options, depending on your Mah capacity and how trigger happy you are you will get a good idea of how long a battery should / will last. So my 2200 mah 7.4v I know will handle my heavy trigger finger all day and have mah to spare by the bucket load. However a 1200mah which I put in the wifes cm.077C i know will last roughly half a day so to be safe I switch it at lunch time to make sure its not over drained. To add to this if you are playing and suddenly your rate of fire gets slow and is steadily slowing down. STOP SHOOTING!! change and charge the battery.
      ALSO DONT LEAVE THEM PLUGGED INTO THE GUN, always disconnect and remove them after a days play, especially if you have a mosfet as it will slowly drain down the battery and potentially leave it dead forever!
      You could instead get yourself a lipo alarm which is a little alarm that plugs into the white balance connector. This will warn you if the battery is getting dangerously low charge in it and indicates to change the battery, it may also beep whilst using it, even through the mah is high enough, as the gearbox / motor may be drawing too much and the alarm will warn you of this usually with a single beep whilst firing.
      I actually have a couple of spare alarms, so if you drop me an email I will send you one for free!! How nice am I!
      Hope that helps and is useful!
      Pheas

They Aren't all programmable for burst mode etc. The cyma ones I thought all made a sound when they booted up but I'm guessing they may have removed that feature on some lines. @PheasAirsoft  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hiya. thank you for the massive compliment that I encouraged you to get this!! With the midcaps, if you put BBs into the mag, if you press the release on top to let the bbs out, do they all fly out with force, or do that trickle out, or just sit in the mag, as the feeding issues could be that they haven't bedded in yet.
      If the BBs just fly out of the top, then there is a fit issue, you could try moving the mag forwards in the mag well (or backward if it helps) to try and connect with the hop better and see if that helps. Some people fine they need to put a bit of tape or velcro on mags or the magwell to make their mags fit and feed.
      If you just want to go for new mags anyways then I would suggest just the CYMA ones as they will fit and feed in it happily. I am sure other brand will do as well!
      Let me know how you get on !

    Hey will a 11.1v lipo battery work good with this or would it damage the gear box

    • @PheasAirsoft
      @PheasAirsoft  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hiya! The gearbox will degrade quicker due to the 11.1v but its more the mosfet that wont deal with it. Alot of reports of the mosfet burning out on an 11.1 (or the microswitch on the trigger just breaking in general) so I would advise a 7.4v lipo with a high speed motor if you want the high rate of fire. Hope that helps. Pheas

    • @PheasAirsoft
      @PheasAirsoft  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hiya. I would look to get a 7.4v lipo for this. There seems to be a rising number of people that have said that they have run 11.1v and it has burnt out the mosfet. I have replaced a couple of them myself with standard trigger blocks and after market mosfets. So look for a lipo that is split into two halves like this: www.componentshop.co.uk/7-4v-2200mah-20c-continuous-discharge-airsoft-split-pack-lipo-battery.html Something like that will power it ALL day long and sit nicely in the stock!
