This game is great. I just finished the first world, and I’m already in love with several new abilities and mouthful mode. I really like these power-up challenges in the overworld.
I think you're the first people I've seen who've figured out the cake map on the first try. I see a lot of people, myself included, who thought the ice cream was the real secret

You guys can't just have this much quality content. I can't find enough time to catch up with it all.
Just a tip: You can slide and be a bit faster while doing it. As far as I remember it's holding block (RT) and then pressing jump. You can also follow up the slide with a jump.
Fun fact: if you block and try to move sideways, kirby does and cartwheel to dodge, plus if you dodge this way with the gun ability you can do a speed-shot
Pro tip: Turn off auto-swallow in the options menu to pick when to swallow enemies for new powers (using r), which gives you the extra option of spitting enemies you otherwise couldn't. It's way more intuitive as soon as you get used to it!

I have theorised that they're a usocial hive in which Dedede is the Queen and Bandana Dee is the drone who impregnates them to hatch the workers out of Gordos.
