He's using NLP techniques on the audience and in his demos. It works but it takes a lot of time to learn and implement. Well worth it not only in sales but also in any relationship.
"Give me an offer and I will tell you if I am interested". "No problem. So it sounds like if an offer made sense you would be interested at least to know more and based on all the calls got so far no one presented that type of offer, otherwise, you would already researching that opportunity. So let me ask you this... when you originally filled out the form ....."
I would’ve go something like this “ first of all I’m sorry to hear you get those tremendous amount of phone calls, I understand how it could be very frustrating ( empathize ). Now before I give you an offer, would you mind if I clarify why you filled out the form online to have a better understanding and give you the appropriate number you looking for? “ To me that opens up the conversation on what is the real issue why he/she needs the funds for and why they didn’t accept the previous ones. Again I’m not a sales person YET. But trying to break into the industry
I have around 10,000 hours in sales easy cold calling mostly for the last year I notice whenever I try to rush the sale or go for the kill right away it seldom gets positive results when I follow my process often they just say hey yeah come on out let’s talk business so I always respect the sales Gods do not take shortcuts follow the process adapt it flow I’m top 3 and don’t need to argue or go back and forth with rebuttals people say I have a sweet voice I say I use the 4 tonality I have industry specific Socratics dialogue questioning and I layer them my first Socratic is specific to them neutral to me then I warm up with questions that might reveal pain points and then baaam they say everything they even tell me how much they currently pay a few actually go look for their invoices to help me out the lost senior tonality timed well works wonders thank you ✊
Great video with a lot of strong take always! But after watching I noticed that there was an emphasis on not sounding like everyone else but what happens when after these seminars the customers respond with… you are the 5th person to call me today who was ruffling paper in the background talking about Im not sure if we should even be talking about this but I represent a group of buyers in the area who just bought 4-5 properties who asked if I would be opposed to a potential offer 😂😂😂
I’m at 28:30 and I’m only hearing what sales people do wrong… I would have appreciated it much more if this was only about what should be done and how.
I tell you what's more risky, not mastering NEPQ. Did the 2.0 5x through now. Hopefully 3.0 in the future for industry specific. But thanks for your training.
@@tonyjlorns1727 my employer has a contract with 7th level. So it was included with my onboarding. Not sure what the cost will be. 3.0 I would have to pay out of pocket.
@@sniperphoenix4040 it's more of a process than a script. Connecting stage, situational awareness, problem awareness, solution awareness, consequence awareness. It's more of going through questions to. Then based on your industry you would cater the questions based on what you sell.
It just hit me why I get annoyed when the presenter gives their background at the beginning of a webinar or presentation...it's too soon. I don't even know if I like you or interested enough to care. It feels better and more acceptable the way you do it. I suck at sales. Glad I found your channel.
My quick take on this question if you dont mind, I’d start by explaining the impact they can make by helping, they will usually follow up with “how can I help, or what do I have to do to help” keeping in ming most humans want to help by doing as little as they can, then continue to explain in a very short big impactful way they would be helping, followed up with how little it would cost them and how easy it is to make happen. Step 1. Tell them they can be a hero Step 2. Paint the picture Step 3. Make it EASY to be a hero Step 4. Close the sale Of course every interaction requires intuitive nature and the strong belief you are helping.
I really appreciate this long form video cuz it shows more context, what’s really important in sells. I’m not in this industry I’m more into content creation services in Spain but hey this was really awesome 👏🏻 ABD: “Always Be Disarming.” ❤️ keep pushing the content. And it’s crazy with all that water you didn’t need to go to the bathroom 😅 Thanks
@jeremy miner Thank you so much. I have learned a lot on selling from your amazing training tutorials. I am a new entrepreneur and previously overseas worker in the middle east for 27 years. Have a nice day to all. Learn more to earn profits.
Hi everyone I am new to sales. I am reading book from a certified Sandler trainer and he is saying very similar things like Jeremy(people buy based on emotion not logic...). So I am confused why Jeremy talks about Sandler as consultative selling because this Sandler trainer is strongly against consultative selling?
I’ve had the question asked a few times and I dead ass answered each one with “Just at face value I can do $130k, would I be able to walk the property today, tomorrow?” 😂 I’ve never thought about it but I bought two houses like this.
Haha exactly I’ve had people straight ask me what do you sell sure 😂 I try not to reveal all most calls I don’t need to the worst calls you give all your value propositions away easily & people don’t feel any connection to them make it about them the prospect will then help out making it about you
I'm up to 24:00 - Does he ever get to helpful tips as to what to say! I hope I haven't fallen for a sales video that does nothing but promotes an answer you have to go and pay for.
His constant tone manipulation is so over the top and obvious I find it really annoying. The content was good but the delivery was aweful. Just goes to show when a prospect really wants something they'll put up with a lot.
Yeh it was cheesy delivery but the ABD makes real sense ,always be disarming, it definitely works.Slowing down and asking questions in a way that comes across like you don't need them to buy really helps
😂😂😂😂😂 Guys got caught like a deer in headlights it’s like they didn’t know they attending a sales training I know they do better live but guys we need to skill up
You say one of us must be your clients you can only go to the show if you’re a client. lol apparently only one person in that whole crowd has attempted to do your program. And everyone one of these TH-cam video is the same it’s a good script tho. Picked up a lot sure wouldn’t spend 8400$ for this tho.

Neuro linguistic programming

Jeremy is on that 7th level 🔥🔥🔥
when you sell a man a shovel you're not selling him a shovel, you're selling him a hole
A bar!
If you sell a man a hole you’re not selling the hole, you’re selling him pleasure
Yes sir
Think a little deeper. What's the emotion-based reason he wants a hole? What is the purpose of the hole?
@dccoaching2867to hide the body! Haha
Jeremy miner is the goat
How do we use this in the context of selling charities door to door? Top quality content btw , I am writing down so many notes from this!!

Right? Thought I was the only one that noticed.

Jeremy's tonality game is crazy
The right answer to the first question is , “what is it that you’re not interested in?”
Probably the 2nd best sales trainer after Andy Elliott
Jeremy is better

Im trying to join the Facebook group but there’s no joy link
Most people dont sell because their product or service simply sucks. Change the offer and the tone will change automatically.
Maybe. The problem with this theory is that every product gets the same objections which is why the same sales training works in every industry.
Can you please make a video on the health insurance industry or interview a health insurance agent that’s a client of yours 🙏
Are you from Missouri or Arkansas, which one is it ?
