Tidy setup mate nothing overboard just a clean simple foundation. Did you have any issues with the Narva 100a twin core wiring not performing? Seems like capable stuff and I'm hoping to use with a Manager 30 kit so less then your 40a charger. Redarc manual says I should use 6B&S but it's a pain trying to fit two 6B&S cables through a cable gland. Cheers.

Hey mate. I’m also right behind you in my 12V setup and am planning to also follow the same design as yourself and Daniel. I noticed there were a few comments on Daniel’s video recommending thicker gauge cable for the starter to canopy run and also replace the inline fuses with higher amperage midi/ANL fuses. It may be worth looking at your setup to ensure you’re not putting anything at risk of a fire.

Hi mate, thanks for the feedback. I am pretty confident in this setup atm as this cable is what was recommended to me by a couple autosparkies. Although I have run a thicker cable and midi fuses for my inverter set up which I haven’t published in this video 👍🏻

Hey mate just a heads up, as soon as MDF gets wet it will expand, warp and grow mould. Not the best wood to use, id have recommended marine ply. Speaking from experience had my canopy walls get wet and was a strip out and redo job.

Cheers mate. I think I’ll eventually end up re doing it with just the one side with a stainless or ali sheet. I do like it as an option to see how I like having the headboard setup and that it is a cheap option to then be able to replace in the future when I know exactly how I want it 👍🏻

Ryobi, to DeWalt, to Makita. Fruit salad 😅

Ahahah caught out, dewalt is all old gear with the tower battery setup so just got an adaptor to run off new batterys to kill them. Ryobi is all gardening gear or tools I'll use once in a blue moon and the makita gear is all the regular use stuff I want to last 🤣 @@lukerobins6850

    Nice work 👍
I'm a few steps behind you and your video is a good inspiration/motivation for me, cheers.
BTW, how much of a pain is the floor plastic to rip off, a great workout getting it off, lol!

No worries mate they are pretty time consuming and finicky there are a few things I do need to fix on mine. Only ripped the plastic off in the area before the video and did the rest of the canopy a couple days and geez it is a pain.
