Sorry for the late reply, we have been busy! It is by Sprayway SW-077 Dry Film Lubricant....at least that's what we use. Just focus on buying a "dry film lubricant" mainly.
Do you have Acrysol spray or Vinyl cleaner available to you? Those would be my go to for getting caulking off of the vinyl frames...the magic erasers help a bit, but these other products will definitely work. Thank you for watching!
Dawn dish soap and a sponge is what most people who clean windows for a living use. Even those who clean large commercial buildings. Only use that on the outside. If you have calcium build up this isn’t going to work. You’ll need CLR.
Windshield washer fluid works well, can dilute it down, maybe 25% fluid.

these are vinyl frames not vinyl windows.
How would you clean caulking off it? I'm installing and noticing black marks I'm having trouble getting off with magic erasers
