Tender Chicken Stew and Mushroom

Take the brine from the mushrooms
add some soy sauce and syrup
chop some ginger and some onions
then fry your chicken skin in a pen
add the chopped veggies then add some mushrooms
pour some wine
let it Cook then put it in a new pot and add the chicken
pour the sauce you made earlier
then allow it to simmer
when it's done serve and enjoy
