Thank you. This was what I wanted to know. Pads take off and put a plastic block between pistons while bleeding! On original Hope profile they using a nonsense method with pushing pistons out and back using a screwdriver while bleeding. I dont get it. So again... thank you.

Pretty sure that’s a shimano bleed block. That’s what I use with mine.
That block comes with the bleed kit.. I buy one and comes 2, two pistons and 4 pistons blocks included
What's the best way to push pistons back ? Is there a tool I can use ?
if you're using the hope bleed cup on top do you need to refill the reservoir a 2nd time at the end?

That's not nonsense, it's to ensure there's no air trapped in the caliper. You'd do that regardless of whether you use a block.

DOT oil! 4 or 5.1 does not matter. Higher number means higher boiling point
