I don't understand why there is no way to review a Supreme court's decision. I think a system must be adopted whereby let's say an additional 6 judges or justices that could be invited to listen to a case such magnitude when they are appealed, and then a final determination will be made with those additional judges or justices. Intstead of solely depending on just 9 members of a court that could be so conflicted and who also are elected by a president of a particular party. This is what we do in Ghana and i think it is a good way a court's verdict or decision can be deemed fair and balanced.

Better forget about your fantasies about We the People. SCOTUS has shown today that the Constitution is not worth the parchment it's written on, and may change as often and as drastically as the goals of the Project 2025 require. I'm sorry for being blunt, but this is where we are. If he loses, he'll go to SCOTUS, who'll read the Constitution in yet another creative way and declare him a winner. They did it in 2000, so why not do it in 2024? I don't see what stops them. They are all in the Project 2025 conspiracy.
If Biden doesn't use the powers newly conferred SCOTUS on him, postpone the election and order to lock the conspirators up-Trump, Alito, Thomas, Kavanaugh, Roberts, Cannon and other cancer in the judiciary, financiers and ideologist behind Project 2025, all without bail until the FBI completes the investigation (Fourth is at President discretion, so for as many years as it takes to untangle), they're indicted and get a fair trial for treason and an attempt to overthrow the government-this is the overtly stated goal of Project 2025, you can read it on their website in its full glory-he'll go down the history as the last and the most infamous American President in history, who could save the American Experiment but flunked it. He took the oath of the office, and by not acting he'll break it, with the ultimate consequences for the America and the whole Western world.

It´s just their short breath troll stupidity and the way they might have their triumph, for now. That doesn´t mean anything, yet. What they can´t and don´t want to see is that this Supreme Court´s decision will mobilize more and most groundbreaking reactions against the re-election of MAGA, in favor of a reshape of this Supreme Court, too. It´s a watershed moment. As a Middle European citizen in Switzerland, I´m waiting for larger (peaceful) demonstrations in the US now and an even much broader movement to RULE MAGA OUT - at the ballot box in November.

We need a Constitutional Amendment about this topic fast. This decision might take away the 5th Amendment protection for a president since he or she can't be prosecuted for confessing to crimes. The president can say he or she has executive privilege instead.

In order to have a strong America, we need unitified public support which we don't have. There will be no equality, no support for families. We already produce more oil than ever before. The only reason we import oil is because the oil companies make more money selling it globally. Then buy cheaper quality oil to refine for gasoline.
