Those ox tails and beef neck bones look great. I think that Tony Chachere's seasoning would add a lot of flavor, as would the sous vide juices. Those cooked low and slow for a long time, so I know they were falling-apart tender. The bok choy flowers were a nice touch of color--and they taste like broccoli, wow! Thanks for sharing!
