I have an all original 1978 Lil Red that I bought new. I have 17k miles on it. I pulled the original exhaust and wheels and tires off and stored them. They’re an awesome truck.
That looks like the Charlotte/Greece area. I live in Gates. I worked for a dairy farmer in Avon that had a red express. It was a little beat up but the exhaust still came through the stacks which was cool. I have a red 1979 GMC Stepside that I did in the late 80s. I recently bought a 1967 Barracuda Fastback. Your red and black truck look nice and keep up the hard work.
We took a 1978 Dodge stepside truck put a 350 hemi V8 with Dual Exhaust Cab Pipes painted it fire engine Red & made a copy of the "Little Red Wagon Express"

I had planned on it years ago, if I did now I would want nos originals. Still on the fence, like the raised white letter tires it’s supposed to have, kinda like the cleaner look without? It always kinda bugged me how the front and rear fenders are shaped differently around the wheel arch.
For me it's the most beautiful truck
Thanks!! I agree!!

So cool!! Keep it on the road!
Can't beat the sound of the Chrysler gear reduction starter and the rumble from the stacks. Beautiful truck Zack!
Couldn’t agree more!! Thanks!

No burn out lol
Are you going to put on the gold pinstripe over the wheel wells?

Did you use NOS door decals? Mine were Year One supplied in 1994. Love the wood dash overlay. Mine is the drab silver. These trucks do move out!
Yes! The door and tailgate decals were NOS, I I remember correctly date coded in the 90’s.
