    Some of the best comments we've ever seen on the last post of the video without sound. Where you at TH-cam??

    My biggest take away from this is that Matt REALLY likes bang for your buck exercises that kill two birds with one stone.

    3:43 seratus anterior is a main protractor so when you protract your shoulder it's not necessarily a bad thing if you doing it consciously. It's just putting strain on seratus instead of peck which in warm up it might be a good thing becouse you have a chance to activate and stabilize your scapula. I have seen some studies recently about pullover exercise and actually peck is working more when you working in range of motion from over your chest down towards your abs.

    Really nice video, I'll certainly give them a try. Also, can you do more videos like this. For example, best movement with bands, with barbell (outside of the big 3 or 4), with kettlebell etc. Etc.

I’m on call in the oilfield so I might not eat right for a few days or able to work out for being on location but I will try and learn from you videos and do want I can do.

    Could someone explain the benefit of high rep dumbbell work. I saw that Louie Simmons has his lifters do it but I’m not sure why

    • @scotthayes6146
      @scotthayes6146 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hypertrophy and/or conditioning- other than that, Louie implements extremely high reps (200-300) for connective tissue health as well.

    • @lanidrac
      @lanidrac 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I was wondering what it does exactly? I started doing it with the twist at the bottom and it feels much harder. Maybe because you're in the bottom under tension longer?
