TRICK INTERVIEW QUESTION 1. When have you failed? 00:48
Most candidates answer this question by saying…
“I have never failed. I won’t fail because I am a perfectionist!”
Give that answer, and you will fail your interview.
The hiring manager is asking you this question to assess how honest you are, and whether you take responsibility for your failures to improve.
