To my knowledge, the 37 languages included make the whole of dubbings released so far for this movie (including the 3 versions which only dubbed the spoken parts, leaving the songs in English: Albanian, Serbian and Persian). I tried very hard not to leave anyone out, and went with the movie version for all languages (only exception: Cantonese, the OST was the only version I managed to find).
Editing decided by YT and its fellow man cr.
Most information about the voice actors comes from charguigou’s website: disneyinternat...
Albanian cast information provided by Lovatic Disnerd’s website: albaniandubs.we...
Missing dubbers: Persian and Romanian Clopin.

Hello! Not sure if this is still active, but for the slovak part it goes:
Vtom ten mocný pán a vládca, hádam prvýkrát.
Translation: Suddenly the powerful lord and ruler, I guess for the first time.
I really appreciate your videos, they are a great material for studying and the fact that you included Slovak into this one made my heart melt. ❤️

Grazie! :)

• @FlamSparks
@FlamSparks  3 ปีที่แล้ว

The missing icelandic parts are: [Quasimodo's mother]: Suss, ljúfurinn - Shush, darling
[Clopin:] Flækingar fjórir þar fleyinu réru - Four vagabonds rowed there in a boat
And the flemish parts:
[Archdeacon]: Van Notre Dame - of Notre Dame
[Frollo]: Mijn geweten is zuiver - My conscience is clear
[Archdeacon]: Dan zal later de hel je verslinden - Then hell shall swallow you later/afterwards

Czech: so cathedral (temple) sings a song
(animation of the subject is often found in Slavic languages)

• @sashacz2719
@sashacz2719 4 ปีที่แล้ว

That is wrong. Song is 'písnička', 'zpívá' means sings. A better translation would be 'So (or better and, 'a' means and, I personally wouldn't translate it as 'so', but I guess it also works) the cathedral sings and sings' because there's no mention of a song in that part. They're just singing about the cathedral singing.

And it means something like 'and sings, sings the cathedral' (if I want to keep the original word order), 'and sings, *and* sings the cathedral' or 'the cathedral sings and sings' (which I think is the best sounding and logical translation). I'm Czech and the word order doesn't really matter here.

The editing is so unique & beautiful, it's nice to see new stuff floating around, especially for this beginning! As poisonivy said, it's great you've managed to include the dubs without songs too, well done, it sounds so smooth :")

SOOOOO NICE this editing is weird as hell though XD but it’s creative at least, I mean I’ve never seen anyone put so many things in front of the video clip. It’s so great you included languages that didn’t dub the singing parts

• @FlamSparks
@FlamSparks  6 ปีที่แล้ว +8

I was forced into creativity T^T But I must confess that my original layout was waaay plainer, mainstream and above all, lazier XD
One of the biggest problem with this song is that it has tons of awfully long spoken parts (and ofc, no one wants to get one of them, let's be honest), so those dubs were extremely useful, tbh

If you are still in need some translations, here are the ones I can help you with.
Latin Spanish
"And you wanted to kill this creature at the foot "(of Notre Dame, I suppose)
European Spanish
"That's fine. But let him live with you, in your church"
"Live here ? Where ?"
"Wherever it may. I will hide you where no one will ever know about you."
Canadian French
"Ring the bells,
Ring, ring, ring..."
European French
"Ring, ring, ring, ring..."
I would have loved to translate the Flemish one, but I haven't practiced in a long time, I didn't to make to many mistakes.
By the way that was an amazing vid !
