Its really hard to compare like that. Messi broke 90% of all records by far, and won everything many times and the most of any player ever. Im trying to find ways to compare him with some top American athletes but it's not the same. He's not like Jordan, Brady or Tiger Woods, not Gretzky or Ali. Yeah, dribbling is when you're running solo with the ball. He's considered one of the best because he can get close to his top speed while keeping the ball within 3 ft. of his body at all times, making it difficult to defend. It's easy to kick a ball 30 ft. and run after it, but almost impossible to run at full speed and maintain a feather-like touch while changing direction with the ball like he does.
