I've only ever build the Load Omega from Daban and it was... painful. How bad will this one be? I adore the Amatsu Mina/Hana models :
Honestly this kit has a ton of fitting/gate issues. I broke the backpack connector just putting it together. Unless you are dying to have this shit in your collection I would avoid. You could put in the work to make it decent but it's a process
I like that gold frame
The gold is pretty good on this. It is spotty in a couple of places. Panel lining really helps bring it out.
Can you review the daban strike freedom mb ver?
I would really appreciate if you do.
That would be a good one. I will keep an eye out for it but right now I don't have one to review.
I got one in finally!! Will add it to the calendar thanks for the suggestion
Did you wash any of your non painted parts? Daban usually use a lot of mold release on their copys and the panel lining smudges.
I typically don't wash them unless they feel particularly greasy. I haven't had too much of an issue with it smudging or anything like that. I do wash them if I am going to be painting thought.
@@MetalmanX Gotcha. The full armor I’m building is my first Daban kit and just a tad bit greasy which is why I’m asking. I want to get another with a set of new chisels to sharpen the panel lines before painting because on my copy the details are kinda soft.
@@bluspeed7 Yeah that would be a good idea to use a thin chisel to rescribe those lines. I use an ultra sonic cleaner and a drop or two of dish soap when I do wash the parts (you can also use warm water and a soft toothbrush if you want to clean them on the runners). You should definitely wash them if they are greasy to the touch.
