Witnessed a stunning Belew live in 78 that led to him making the cover of Guitar World magazine. He then was brilliant on Lodger and Talking Heads' masterpiece Remain In Light, joining the band for their 1980 tour making them a breathtaking live force. Gabrels also had the visual persona to match his ferocious sound and he lifted those 96/97 shows to such heights.
@Alabama Wyatt Alomar was with David a long time and most of the tours also. With Slicky doing the Reality Tour he may of even been the longest in terms of start and ending. He goes back to mid 70s also.

It's just sad, though, because everytime David Bowie would put out a new album, he would constantly reinvent himself and create new personas to generate intrigue and it was always exciting to see who he was gonna be next, you know? Seeing him collaborate with other artists was always cool. The world of music really did lose a legendary figure when David Bowie passed away. But you're right, at least we have his vast catalog to listen to. He supposedly recorded a lot of B-sides and demos that have never been released as well so maybe someday we might get those too 🙂?

Another song, I Pray Ole almost made it on there, its wonderful, it maybe would of propelled Lodger to the heights it deserves. Its always been a really loved album for me.
I'd love to know where all the UNSEEN footage is. I've loved Bowie since 1972 and for me this is just a hotchpotch of everything I've already seen and heard. I'd love to hear the real verdict on the docu from a lifelong Bowie fan like myself.
