- If you're an #OpenBSD user and a #Half-Life fan, you'll be happy to know that there's a fantastic port available that compiles and works like a charm. The best part? It requires no additional configuration besides pre-installing dependencies, and the repository is super clean and contains all game data.
All thanks to Karsten/Pedersenk/Osen for making this possible.

I've been planning to switch to openbsd for more privacy
ive been mirroring your videos. hope your okay with that ^^
All good 🙂
I think the code or OpenBSD X is somehow capping the framerate, because even with my i5 1135G7 with iris xe it is capped at a locked 50 (glxgears still reporting locked 60 at full hd maximized window). But my X is the default 7.3 config and has a lot of tearing so I don't know...
Could be that or fps calculation could be completely wrong
@@TheOpenBSDguy I just discovered this cool thing 😎 I'm so noob.
But ❤️ OpenBSD for its simplicity yet powerfulness. (This word exists? I'm Brazilian. 🤣)
$vblank_mode=0 glxgears
It bypass any vsync it may be holding stuff great to test if X is working properly. Or for quick benchmarking without need to install anything useless (looking at you noto fonts 🤨 )
$vblank_mode=0 glxgears
And to dedicated gpu:
$vblank_mode=0 glxgears -fullscreen
Curious stuff was a ReactOS server online
Sharp eyes 😃
Yeah :D Odd place to see ReactOS. I wonder how they are doing atm.

The world ($WHO) needs an updated guide for the official Minecraft + M$ account with MultiMC for the kids...
The existing guides out there in the wild are either outdated or broken.
