This is lady bicycles' frame design. The low top tube easy for lady who wear skirt to get on the bike from the front of the saddle (instead of cross the leg over the rear wheel). Beside the brown/black the other two colours are also for ladies. Waiting for flat top tube mini velo with black or and dark colour which looks more "man".
