Howdy Conor. Your video was very motivating and energizing. For me the difficulty is dealing with the disappointment of not doing as well as I used to. I know that patience is key, but the enthusiasm wanes as the disappointment grows. I guess I should be more moderate in my expectations. You seem to have figured the whole thing. My colleagues and I have been following your adventures since 2004.
William Lovett thanks Bill!! Really happy to hear you find my content helpful, that’s the whole real I started this channel. You’re absolutely right though, I can often fall into that trap also, everyone has bad days and I certainly have my fair share, so I don’t think I’ve got it all figured out, but having realistic expectations and taking a long term approach will pay dividends in the end. Thanks for following me! Hope you like the rest of my content as well 😃
Hey Connor, really enjoyed learning about calesthenics. I've been working on push ups. I'm up to 20 but it's a good reminder to look at the proper tech.
i know im asking randomly but does any of you know of a tool to get back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly lost the login password. I appreciate any help you can offer me
Great stuff Conner! Looking forward to seeing more videos, and seeing what else you have in store for us. funny enough, Chris Heria's video helped me get my first bar-muscle up just at week! Calisthenics has always had a special place in my heart as my physique is well-suited for it but I still had to put in the work. I love doing gymnastic rings at home, bar-work at park near my house, basic floor stuff like pushups and variations, etc. I like to break up calisthenics into a mix of upper and lower body but some moves that combine both(animal flow). These days, I'm focusing on muscleups(on the bar and rings, I can do them but want to improve the form) and dragon squats. Also, for advanced stuff which will take me years, front-lever and planche.
Hey Joel! I mostly do split workouts, mostly between upper & lower body, or basically whatever isn’t sore I will target. I train 4-5 times a week, and always to failure. I think always pushing to failure is really important
@@LiveYourBestLife14 thanks mate, totally changed my diet past few days and started circuit / calisthenics. I'm pretty slim but don't want to bulk just want to lose all the fat !
Really good. Practical, detailed, and not too long.
Thanks a lot Scott! Glad you enjoyed it. Just need to work on talking less like a robot 😬😂

Awesome bro, thanks for the support!! 🙌 That's cool that you already knew about Heria, he's a beast! Hope to see you soon at SOGO!!
Hi Connor, do you do split or whole body workout? If so how many days a week training?
Do you train til failure also every time?
Thanks
