@@6Bpixelno, I connected to my WiFi, then I saw “access expired, click on this to regain access” I clicked, then I saw “sign in”instead of “sign up”. I was expecting to see where I will put my user name and password because I already have an account I use for almost a year now. I closed the goodnote application, opened again, got my notebook but couldn't access to all features as before, I'm now on freemium instead of premium user. I don't know how this happened, I didn't click on delete account. I will be happy if you are able to help. Thank you 🙏
Sign in is for when you already have an account and sign up is when you are new. Could you try your user name and password in the sign in part? Let me know if it works. ☺️
