Wow, we have a lot in common! I'm an EMT-B and chemistry student with a biochem focus. I used my iPad and Goodnotes to finish my associates, and I’m upgrading to the new M4 13” iPad. I’m ALL about pretty, yet functional notes. This semester I’m going fully digital while pursuing my paramedic cert and finishing my BA. So this came right on time. Loving your videos-thanks for the tips and motivation. Keep up the great work!
I know two women who had college majors much like yours. One became a Physicians Assistant. The other one became an ER doctor. Needless to say, the chemistry and biology in being a PA, Physician, Nurse, etc. would be no problem for you.
This video was awesome and I have subscribed and liked. My only suggestion is to dumb it down a bit for some of us beginners and actually tell us where you are clicking to make each thing happen like fonts, size color etc. I a I said I am a beginner!
I cannot describe how much you motivate me! You have always been & will remain my favorite content creators 🩷Kirstin’s videos = A great source of inspiration, encouragement, productivity, good mood, everything 🦋🤍
How long did it take you to write these notes? They look great but i don't think I could keep up in class with the complexity of this method. Or did you come back later and clean then up?
KD, I looked, but can’t find a link for this. At 1:23 in this video, you show your iPad sitting on a triangle stand, I think it’s a case. Do you have a link to that please? Thank you!! 😀
Did you ever use the recording feature during lecture? That is an essential tool for many students and it is offered on many note taking apps (including Goodnotes). If you are a student and looking to take notes on an iPad, make sure your app of choice can record the lecture and attach the audio to your notes as you are taking them.
I didn't. It wasn't a feature available at the time when I took digital notes in college. When it was added to other note-taking apps, I still didn't use it (even though I wanted to)! I talk about why in my GoodNotes 6 update video.
Is there any "tool" in the app that you are using that will automatically "fix" your handwriting as you write down notes? What I mean is, that automatically will fix the "curves" or "lines" of the words on the iPad. My handwriting is very messy and I've been looking for a type of app for notetaking that can offer a "tool" that can actually help me with this issue.

Yes 256gb is good enough space for most of the iPad users who use iPad for taking notes, editing short videos, edit photos and images…you can buy an external ssd storage to keep photos and videos which you don’t need everyday:) having more space on iPad is a good idea but too expensive😊
Please help me! I have been trying to write on an ipad but sometimes it will write the first letter then one write anymore or if I keep writing the last letter will just delete and i have to keep writing it over and over again
do you experience heating while taking notes etc? coz there are many complaints online regarding the m2 chip in ipad air. was considering the air m2 as my main tablet, but want to confirm if the issues are rare/minor or widespread.

Could you do a video on Obsidian? There is quite few women doing videos on that app whom could explain Obsidian easily like you can.
Does ipad gen 10 support smart script

I use my 3rd gen iPad Pro 12.9 inch 256gb. I use every day for my job in Genetics.
Love the T-Shirt!
During the intro, I finished preparing my salad , enjoyed my meal, took a short nap and got ready for the main content.
Plenty of time to complain too!
😂
This made me consider studying chemistry in college
How do you resize your titles? I cannot seem to find the option to make the box larger
Lasso! Just lasso the text and resize. You can also select the text when under the text tool and increase the font size that way.
Is this app free for a limited time how many free notes can you take or do you have to pay for it
You can create 3 books
Can you take notes on free notes as well? Can you make a video on this?
I'll look into it and add it to my list 😊
I hate this new style of youtube man.. Information wasnt shared until 3:00 into the video. Holly just get to the point.
