Dilip, thank you for sharing your journey. Health is a balance of physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. I have been focusing on five key aspects to stay on track: 1. Maintaining a balanced diet 2. Staying physically active 3. Prioritizing good-quality sleep 4. Cultivating inner well-being by finding peace and contentment within 5. Enhancing social interactions and nurturing positive relationships
U r 100% correct... do u believe I lost 30kgs weight only through jogging. 3mins walk and 3 mins jogging currently for 1 and half hour per day and trying to consume good protein diet... early dinner before 7 pm and break fast at 9 am. No milk and no sugar since sep 10 2024... and I am a Doctor by profession ❤❤❤
I lost 24 kilos in five months just by jogging and swimming, offcourse changes in food helped me too and I stopped smoking and drinking, my vitals and lipids has improved saw changes in the strength, endurance and focus. My sleep, metabolism and digestion got better, now I become a long distance runner I run every for 10kms straight with no laps, planning to participate in marathon and Triton.
Thanks a lot for making this and it's a great reminder with simple focus on key concepts. I am grateful that I saw it at the right time. Kudos to you and your journey Dilip
Great video. Misleading caption though. Everyone tells these about getting fit: 1. Fit =/= Healty 2. Nutrition = 80% of weight loss / fat loss 3. Packaged food = 68% junk 4. Strength training reverses muscle loss 5. Sleep= super important. Consistency & Discipline > Motivation & Inspiration
This guy is on the dot with most of his advice. He is lucky that he recognised his mistakes while still young and thus benefited from it straightaway. Whereas for me, though l shared a rather similar journey, it was later in life and l stumbled with mistakes and wrong turns frequently in my attempts to regain a resemblance of my health. Still, l am satisfied with what my lifestyle change has done for me.
This video is a blessing. "Being fit vs being healthy", I never learn this concept in few years of watching the fitness industry up until now. And indeed consistency and discipline is the simplest way to become healthy, but also not easy to do. Thank you so much sir for your wisdom.
Season's greetings, everyone! 🎄 The most important thing on everyone's mind right now should be investing in different sources of income that don't rely on the government, especially with the current economic crisis. As we enter 2025, I encourage everyone to start investing now to secure a more stable financial future.
I want to compliment you, you have said it all. I am a little business owner and I really want to expand my business to the next level by making myself an investor but I really don't know how to go about it..
Hey how's this marathon possible?!! Any kind of specific training and diet to get there!! I'm totally inspired by the way u spoke. At 40 you look so perfect I don't mention fit though.
Great video content and production Dilip. I have gotten slowly into jogging then running and can now run 5k in under 30 mins. I started with a New Year's resolution in Jan 2024. I am a medical doctor and 49 years old. It helps that my 13 year old son is an athlete. We do 5km Park Run near our home most Saturday mornings at 8am. Is Park Run a thing in India? Volunteer run, timed walk/run. You carry a small barcode in your pocket and scan it at the end. They email you the results around 11am. My 2 latest best times, PBs, have been run barefoot.
These are good insights. Simple stuff that we've complicated over the years. Thanks Dilip for this video.

Could you please share what kind of protein diet you followed? I, too, want to lose weight.
@@ambikadeepu1111 Do you have an overweight issue or just fat accumulated in certain areas?
@@ambikadeepu1111 Do you have an issue with being overweight, or do you want to reduce the amount of fat accumulated in certain areas?
@rishavsingh4529 yes, i have issue with being overwheight.. and i have issue with specially fats around my thighs 😒
@@uditraj8290 Start with a low-calorie diet; do brisk walking, and don't eat after 7 pm. Moreover, try to begin your day with a lemon in warm water.

This is the ancient wisdom of samyak āhāra, samyak vyāyāma and samyak nidrā (right amounts of nutrition, exercise and sleep).
This was very well explained. You are one of the reasons why I started writing on LinkedIn about health.
