- A solo camp in Anglesey Wales, exploring Llanddwyn Island, a walk past the pilots cottages and Canon and up to the lighthouse and church ruins.
An Amazing place to explore with wild ponies and Welsh mountain views, stunning coves and sandy beaches.
A walk through Newborough pine forest and across corn fields to the campsite.
Just a chilled solo camp in a really nice area, the campsite was a 40 minute walk through the forest from the beach and Llanddwyn island.
I decided to re upload this video with no music.

Iconic opening shot and a shot I have seen many times but never in person , yet I always promise myself I will go there one day. Always fancied going to Anglesey and the nearest we got when we had to cancel a visit due to Covid. The views over to the mountains looked amazing and agree 100% about a stunning location. Cannot believe how quiet it was there and apart from the wild ponies, it looked deserted. Looked a great location to pitch your tent and with a night sky like that, I bet there were no complaints, cheers Alan

This video brings back some truly amazing memories of beloved Ynys Mon for me. I did a walk on Llanddwyn Island and the surrounding area some years back and it really is on another level for outstanding beauty. The skyscape towards the end of the vid. is breathtaking. I'm sad to say that I never saw any wild ponies, but sometimes you can't have everything I guess. Wonderful stuff! 💖

Nice one Gaz. Love Llanddwyn Island, the views back over of Snowdonia are epic. Infact heading there next weekend for a camp too. Great channel mate.

I'm playing catch up lately Gaz. I totally agree it's an incredibly beautiful area - you don't half pick em mate. Pygmy houses we'll call them. They're very sweet. Awesome coastline on their doorstep - I bet it sees some severe weather too mind you but great here now. I just measured the forest - almost 3 by 2 miles. That's fairly big. Well, good going - a lovely walk. All the best out there. Mark

Hey Gaz. Cracking video mate, nice footage throughout especially with the lighthouse and cross. Enjoyed watching. Loved visiting Llanddwyn a few years back with my dad. I was actually over in formby woods / sand dunes last weekend with my father which I know is around your way. Had a nice walk around there and thought of your videos while I was walking through those pine woods and into the dunes. All the best 👍

@LezleysAdventures thanks Lezley, yeah I'm getting a bit lazy when it comes to talking and putting videos together now lol, I just got a bit of footage of the walk around the island, I couldn't really get much footage on the campsite I had people close to me either side so I just chilled out, I need to start putting more effort into my videos again I think lol.
