Employers and employment agencies cannot charge employees fees for a job or employment offer. If an employer is charging you a fee of any kind, Call the Alberta government information line at 310-0000 and ask for Employment Standards or the Temporary Foreign Worker Advisory Office.

My application for tech pathway was “Assigned for Assessment” for one day and next day it was back to Submitted status. No information requested or verification email sent to Employer. Do you have any idea about this sir?? Is there anything that I should be worried about??
Pls can you share the site where one can create a profile. Also can one create a profile now or wait till Sep 30

Thanks Manish for the informative video as always. I have following questions,
Since I was not eligible AB tech pathway I could not create any account (profile) to process my application and stuff. My question is, I believe now that system is changing everyone can create a profile and based on the rank draw will happen (there might criteria on top of it though). So where can I create my profile so that I at least be ready (show EOI) for next step.
I'm not sure what you mean by profile.. AAIP always had a straight up application process. I'm not sure what will the MO for this change but lets wait for more details to come
Hi! What do you think about the employer declaration form? Do. you think they will have this requirement after Sept 30?
What changes is the application method and not documentation. So ALL Documentation requirements should remain same.
My application was assigned for assessment and then back to submitted status. Anyone faced the similar situation?

Well details are yet to be out but it looks like points or ranking will be assigned based on EOI submission.
Is Employer declaration and authorization form mandatory for Express Entry stream ?
Technically Yes.. But In reality I have heard that it can be ignored for a well established and listed companies/MNCs
How about the draft application?
I think all drafts will be deleted.. normally they anyways get deleted after 60 days

Submitted Applications will have no impact. They will continue to be processed.

AOR is after PR application.. this is PNP application. I hope you are not mixing things up..
