Thank you so much for the detailed video. I am just a little confused about the work section: I have been working at my current job 2 months before (April) I got my implied status PGWP (June 30), Now my question is if I should put the no. of years/months from when I got my Implied status (June 30)/PGWP issued date (August)/ or write the job beginning date as stated in my Offer letter (April). Please reply as the date to apply is approaching. I will appreciate your help and direction very very much.

Thank you so much for such a detailed explanation. I have a question, for all the documents, do I need to upload only the primary applicants documents, or should I add the secondary applicants documents under the given titles? Since I will be adding my spouse as dependent, who is working in Canada
PNP is candidate specific.. the checklist very clearly says "..Only provide documents for family members when it states family member documents are required..." I hope that clarifies and removes any doubt.. keep it simple
@@ManishExplains Okay. Since in the document checklist section, there was no place where it was mentioned to add family members documents, so I should not be adding it, but keep it specific to only primary applicants documents.

Can I apply for express entry profile and my spouse (has Canadian job) can apply for AOS at same time? What if we moved back to India before AOS result ?
You can but make sure you qualify other conditions too.. job is only 1 criteria

Just I have one question here, "Total years of work experience to date" (Check video time at 12:47 to have a clear idea) in this field, what experience to consider? Experience that I have in a current job? (which is IT Service Analyst for about of 6 months) or overall Canadian Experience?

In this case, I should write my experience with the work permit or I can include my experience during studies also. I now have 9 months of work experience with pgwp in a job related to my studies. So should I write 0.75 years as experience or I should include all of my experience in Canada? I don't have any foreign experience. Kindly confirm what to do in my case. I am I eligible?

is there any specifific entry for including my spouse cousin details in application. The reason I am asking is we have to enter relative history in the application and you showing only in the details regarding to principal applicant (eg: child of your aunt/uncle) is there any such entey for child of your spouse aunt/uncle??
Is it compulsory to have an express entry profile to apply for AOS?and how much IELTs requirement is there for noc 2 job?

Hello again Manish, I have completed more than 6 months of work after I obtained my PGWP. However, I have experience prior to that both here in Canada and abroad. Can I only upload documents on my current work right now or do I have to add reference letters to all the jobs before?

Hi Manish sir, In the total years of work experience to date, whether we have to fill the years of experience in Canada, or if we have experience outside Canada can we include that? For eg: if a person is a PGWP holder and if he/she has 6 months of work experience in Canada in the same domain, and back home like India, he/she had worked in the same domain or similar to that domain can we include that!
You can very well add your experience gained outside Alberta for aos, but there are other conditions too

AOS is more than 5 months processing time for AAIP alone.

Hello sir. Would like to confirm with Work Experience part. For example. Here in AB my work is Cashier and will be 1 year on July, but back in our country I am a Cashier Supervisor. Since It is not related with my Job here in AB. I don't need to include it, right? Thank you. Appreciate your response.
You should include all your work experience in your application. If it is not related to your current occupation, it can still help you in other way.

If you have 6 months experience then you could have applied for AOS. You don't need India experience. Wait for AOS to resume and then apply.

I JUST WANT TO ASK YOU REGARDING TRADE OCCUPATION THAT IS UNDER OPTIONAL CERTIFICATION TRADE AND WHILE FORM FILLING THEY FILLED OUT AS NO INSTEAD OF YES IN QUESTION - IS YOUR CURRENT OCCUPATION CONSIDERED A TRADE IN ALBERTA...IS FORM IS VALID OR I NEED TO DO EMAIL FOR THIS INFORMATION...DUE TO THIS MISTAKE IS HE WILL BE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EOI UNDER TRADE OCCUPATION?
If your occupation is trade then you will have to say YES. You can contact AAIP with correct information and request them to update the form.

1)My question is that my express entry profile is expiring in feb 2024.should I need to worry that it may get rejected or not?
2)should I create new profile now or do I need to wait until it expires and then create profile
3)does this expiry affect my application?

If you have already received NOI, then I don't think you need to worry about a new profile. If you need a new profile most probably they will tell you.
