Moving to Canada in today's time will be the most horrible decision anyone would make. No matter how beautiful and Scenic Canada is. Most of my friends and relatives who moved to Canada in the last 2-3 years are still struggling and suffering no matter how much money they have. Thank god, I was delaying to move to Canada and now I am happy to have done that. Guys for those who are ambitious on moving to Canada, please ignore my comments and for those who are smart enough, just try to find heaven, it's just around you. There is no need to go that far 😊

This is some rational comment , If anyone is too ambitions , they should ignore this comment or smart ppl fin their heaven wherever they are.
Canada might look bful but their education system and Medical facility is below par. And I guess being parents this is what most important thing we are looking for.

Please be mindful, when you rent your HVAC units, maintenance is covered. In the long run it could save you a lot of money. Also, you have the option to get a buyout quote anytime let’s say 5 years down the road etc for flexibility. Up to each individual, depending on your financial situation.

Indeed, every year I pay 60,000 dollars as just interest out of $86000 of total yearly mortgage instalment, just to have below average lifestyle. I don’t recommend someone to move to Canada, if you do same hard work in India to create a business for yourself, you will earn a lot in India than in Canada. I am in Canada from last 13 years, most of my classmates of engineering who stayed in India are well off in India, all my classmates who moved to USA are living their dream life, but all living in Canada are struggling to keep up their average lifestyle. That’s the fact, which one only realizes when they compare with same background person after big time difference like 10+ years.

It's good you highlighted expenses and what's involved. Also, don't forget outdoor care. 😊 For those not earning so much right now, don't despair. Within the next two years, public housing will be going strong and many of you will qualify for that so your household debt will be much lower. And even to those who do earn in the higher brackets, why keep your household debt so high? In the public domain, there will also be wider varieties of housing to choose from in the long run over the next 7 years but we won't see the first effect probably before the next 2 years because it takes time for the government to assess certain standards before they okay them. Now for those who can and wish to participate in the private market, Sandy's advice rings true. Because you do feel more attached to the property belonging to your family and your freedom does expand about what you can or can't do.

Average monthly mortgage prices in th UK is £1,500, wheras in Canada it is £1,900 in GBP price.?
There is NO Annual property tax in the UK, however there are other taxes such as STAMP DUTY at 3%
COUNCIL TAX every month in the UK is approx £ 70 to £200, depending on your area and tax band, whereas Canada PROPERTY TAX is £350 pounds in uk equivalent.

Congratulations on the first house. Coming to the video, if there was more information on renting costs and statistics and focus on how the buying made more sense it would have been a good one. There was too much detail on the gym equipment than renting costs and reason to buy a new house in an economy like this.

U can buy big home and big car, but at what cost. High inflation rate, high taxes, harsh weather and lastly isolation.

Great video. What about expenses for garden and backyard- lawn mowing, cut hedge, clean leaves in fall, duct cleaning??
