I’ve hopped on a bunch of spin bikes, yet the YESOUL stands out as my top pick. The screen mirroring function is a godsend, letting me catch up on my shows while pedaling away. It turns the exercise into a walk in the park!
Moving to Canada in today's time will be the most horrible decision anyone would make. No matter how beautiful and Scenic Canada is. Most of my friends and relatives who moved to Canada in the last 2-3 years are still struggling and suffering no matter how much money they have. Thank god, I was delaying to move to Canada and now I am happy to have done that. Guys for those who are ambitious on moving to Canada, please ignore my comments and for those who are smart enough, just try to find heaven, it's just around you. There is no need to go that far 😊
@@musafir123 Here, you have to go crazy to earn for an entire year to have 2weeks off! And in a lot of cases, even those two weeks off are not blessed to you!!
This is some rational comment , If anyone is too ambitions , they should ignore this comment or smart ppl fin their heaven wherever they are. Canada might look bful but their education system and Medical facility is below par. And I guess being parents this is what most important thing we are looking for.
Their children and grandchildren will enjoy stressfree life and they can just hope they remember their efforts and send them blessings as gratitude daily.
I'm all about spinning on my Yesoul bike; it makes it super easy to get a workout from home. If you're on the hunt for a top-notch ride, Yesoul's where it's at.
It's my time ever to watch such a video! Your presentation is top notch! You've presented the break down of your property expenses very effectively! Earnest well wishes for your life in general and a gracious thanks for such a comprehensive shoot!!!❤
its not factory its much needed. There is water heaters in India. Its just compacted in the basement. In india there are those giant coolers. They look quite ugly tbh.
Indians ko show off bhi toh karna hai na 😂 agar 2BHK city apartment khareed lete to India mein apne rishtedaaron ke saamne tashan kaise marte? Everybody who wants to turn from being a tenant to a home owner should do all these calculations before deciding to buy a house within their means😅
Value of your house can increase overtime plus you are also paying Principle borrowed amount in the mortgage. If you deduct all that, it is costing you about $4000
Please be mindful, when you rent your HVAC units, maintenance is covered. In the long run it could save you a lot of money. Also, you have the option to get a buyout quote anytime let’s say 5 years down the road etc for flexibility. Up to each individual, depending on your financial situation.
Sandy please share small homes roughly expense, town house expense, condo expenses for your audience to make better decisions. Take expense figures from friends neighbors etc. Thanks 😊
you forgot to add setting aside a Repairs and Maintenance budget. After 5 years, the house will start requiring repairs. Just imagine: Plumbing/electrical is $150/hour for labor, plus parts (2024 pricing), in British Columbia.
Good video. Loving the plants you have spread across your entire house. Just FYI, there is property tax in India as well so it's no different really. And yes you will pay property tax after your retirement but you'll also be getting a hefty pension that will cover all costs.
Lovely house but surroundings are sort of dead... Unless one is really busy and love what they do on a daily basis, depression is almost a given (specially in winters!)...:)
Indeed, every year I pay 60,000 dollars as just interest out of $86000 of total yearly mortgage instalment, just to have below average lifestyle. I don’t recommend someone to move to Canada, if you do same hard work in India to create a business for yourself, you will earn a lot in India than in Canada. I am in Canada from last 13 years, most of my classmates of engineering who stayed in India are well off in India, all my classmates who moved to USA are living their dream life, but all living in Canada are struggling to keep up their average lifestyle. That’s the fact, which one only realizes when they compare with same background person after big time difference like 10+ years.
Buying a home is truly a personal choice. To each of their own. I am glad that you guys are not regretting your decision of staying in this beautiful and blessed house. Keep shining 🌟
Wow, looks like its not worth living in Canada cz it's so expensive to not just live but buy house and then maintain it . Here in Oz, we don't have to worry about salts etc and house u lve in doesn't get taxed.
That’s actually the real meaning, less costs and Tax free, why should i be giving tax on the land or house i already bought.? Canadian government is sucking life out of canadians instead of giving life.
Where in Australia do you live ? Prices are very high in main cities here in Australia. Worst thing about Australia is there are just 3-4 cities where 60 percent of its population lives. That means house bubble will never burst
Nice to see..hometour.. And the monthly breakdown of cost was also a talking point like anual property tax which you have to pay forever and also without the other Mislaneous expenses like car insurance and groceries... 👍
It's good you highlighted expenses and what's involved. Also, don't forget outdoor care. 😊 For those not earning so much right now, don't despair. Within the next two years, public housing will be going strong and many of you will qualify for that so your household debt will be much lower. And even to those who do earn in the higher brackets, why keep your household debt so high? In the public domain, there will also be wider varieties of housing to choose from in the long run over the next 7 years but we won't see the first effect probably before the next 2 years because it takes time for the government to assess certain standards before they okay them. Now for those who can and wish to participate in the private market, Sandy's advice rings true. Because you do feel more attached to the property belonging to your family and your freedom does expand about what you can or can't do.
