Whoa, thanks man! I converted my old GL1200 to a single barrel Volkswagen carb last fall and in the process managed to blow out my fuel pump sending unit. I've been TOTALLY dreading getting in there to change it out and I'll be damned if I ever crawl back into that black hole again. Super helpful, thanks!

Thanks for watching Jon, I don't know what is wrong with engineers when they place items in a difficult places, but glad you relocated to a easier place for future replacements.

Hey John Reynolds, what did you do to eliminate the cooling of the intakes, I did the 1 carb conversion lately and catching trouble with burning too much gas and trying to find time, what jets did you settle with for the idle and main jet, your response is greatly appreciated. Also what carb did you use.

The manual was very vague as to the location, you saved me a lot of frustration.

If you have no spark, your ignition coils may be bad or burnt out, they are under the false tank follow your plug wires to 2 coils, 2 for the left side and 2 for the right, you can have the coils tested and if good, then go to the pulse generator on the back of the engine some say you have to take the rear wheel off to remove the pulse generator cover , see video on You Tube, make your call on how to move forward. Hope this helps.

Do you know how to test this relay? I don't really trust shops to be entirely honest. Btw, your video is fantastic! I moved mine now too! My Dad's Chicken Wing is hopefully going to start soon. (One i replace the relay or figure out what the electrical issue could be barring a relay test.)

Jangulorr, Thanks for watching, For relays if they go bad just replace them, its not that often this relay goes bad, but glad you did the relocation because it is a B to get to 😁

Russ, you may never have to replace it again but that original position is a beast to get to so feel free to make your own repositioning, Thanks for Watching.
