    Ingredients
    3.5 pounds of pork backbone or neck bone 돼지등뼈 또는 목뼈 1500그램
    14 oz napa cabbage 배추 400그램
    3 medium-sized potatoes 감자 3개
    1 onion, 10 perilla leaves 깻잎 10장
    3 green onions 쪽파 3개
    2 chili peppers (optional) 청양고추 2개 (선택)
    12 cups of water 물 12컵
    4 tablespoons of perilla seeds powder 들깨가루 4큰술
    Sauce
    2T red pepper powder 고추가루 2큰술
    1T red pepper paste 고추장 1큰술
    1T soybean paste 된장 1큰술
    5T fish sauce 액젓 5큰술
    4T cooking wine 맛술 4큰술
    2T minced garlic 다진마늘 2큰술

    Can't find perilla leaves substitute with mint leaves. Hopefully it taste the same.

      If you can't find perilla leaves, add more green onions. The pork bone stew will taste still good. Thank you!

    Hello maam i'm from philippines,I love kamjatang ,but perilla powder is expensive,is there any alternative for this? Kumapssumnidda

      That's a good question! The reason why I put perilla powder, not it only enhance the flavor but it also remove the meaty smell. If you don't have perilla powder, you can omit it. You can add more perilla leaves instead of perilla powder. If you don't have perilla leaves, then add more green onions. Hope this works for you! Gamsahapnida!

      @@thegiftj1532 Adding sesame seeds might not be the best idea. If you don't have perilla powder I recommend just skipping this part, rather than adding sesame seeds! Thank you!
