I'm loving that they gave all the international pro-althletes English speech. So lit❤🔥 Makes so
much sense if they are playing for different club teams around Europe. English is the communal language that a footballer would have to use.
Would’ve been nice if they also hired actors that were fluent like they did with the English guy

Nah I wish they either spoke japanese, or had their own regional english accent (like the british accent the english player used). Hearing Julien Loki say "all i see are openings" in a japanese accent ruined the hype. It was okay for Rin , but not for the other international player.
@@poopdawg1518 It's not a matter of these people not being fluent in English...its the fact that the South Americans, Europeans and literally every other foreigner minus the dude from England, is speaking English in a Japanese accent 😂🤌🏾like it's 2023, anime is a global sensation and therefore there is no excuse for not being able to find an English speaking foreigner to do some light voice over work for the characters. It would be even easier to find a foreign voice actor who speaks English with an accent relating to these characters

BlueLock is one of the best anime that I've ever watched in my opinion. BlueLock was nothing like any other Sports anime I've ever seen, it's like a battle Shonen Anime with Soccer as its power system, I am so thrilled for Season 2 and I hope Season 2 will have better animation and budget, cause a such a peak fiction anime like this deserves an excellent adaptation.

I didnt expect Kunigami to drop out. Sadly the Goalie from Team Z was a side character from the beginning who never had much screen time or showed his skills he had the position to be a major plot in the series. The Shrine guy advancing was unexpected since he isnt that good except he improved alot or he got carried. Overall Blue Lock is one of my favorite Animes and every episode is so good with unexpecting events and hype. Only 1 episode so far was kinda midtier but every other one was so good and hype. Blue Lock Anime did everything right what other Animes do wrong. I felt the excitement and Shivers down my spine multiple times. I expect the remaining 35 to get new Ranks in the new season and fight for the Best 11 to fight the U20 Team. Maybe 4 people on the bench to swap out so i predict 20 people will drop out before the U20 Game to get the 15 best players for it. And if they win against the U20 team they could either continue the story with going international with a team full of strikers or they could go back to blue lock to create the one and only best striker. Im excited
When the shrine kid showed up, I did a double take. He was the last person I expected to come out the gate.
The fact that goalkeeper of Team Z drop out make a lot of sense. He don't have any ego, because he let others to play in the field. He was too nice to be the best striker.

Not that much of a spoiler, but Igaguri (the monk) got carried so hard by Shidou (the guy that eliminates Kunigami) that it's not even funny. Had he not met Shidou he would never have gotten that far

The point of this match was probably to make sure the Blue Lock players understood just how far they still needed to go to reach the world level. There’s certainly a risk of it demoralizing many normal players, but the players who have clawed their way up through the selections aren’t likely to crack that easily- they’ll just get hungrier like Isagi did here.
Keep in mind this is professional with years on the field and at the peak of their careers vs teenagers who haven't left high school
