@@erinv1232fun definitely isn't better in most anime shows I think you just like your own language better. I like Mine better too. But the Japanese voice actors almost all the time pit so much effort and emotion into it while a lot of English dubs sound boring, dead, empty, the people aren't even trying.

That right there is the reason why I love isagi as a protagonist. He is not a paragon of justice, his whole career is not on the line if he loses a match, the world is not in jeopardy and he isn't the chosen one. He's just a dude that loves soccer and wants to be the best in the world for the fun of it, for his passion.

The world five having their respective countries accents is how the sub should’ve been. Dub takes the W on this one, super impressive and cool imo
The only one I hsve an issue with is Blake, that really doesn't sound like an English accent. I wish they just..didn't dub him again

In the sub they actually do have their respective countries accent, its just that their accents are so heavy it makes it hard to tell what they are saying, which is why Adam Blake was the only one speaking fluent english in the sub.
