He was too humble to be in blue lock, but he left his mark.
Their defense improved extremely well in the last moments of the episode,the goalkeeper deflecting the ball,raichi stopping the stupid guys kick and then at the last second right before the ball was about to end their whole careers gagamaru came in clutch and saved the day.

Bachira is an attacking midfielder, Raichi a defense and gagamaru a great central midfielder for sure
Blue lock is so intense that even a striker playing as a goalie is intense, great work with that shown of intensity from lemons stop all the way to gagamaru and the clearance

The Best futebol anime.
Kinda makes you question the ranking system. Team V are supposedly all ranked higher than Team Z, but aside from three players, no one can actually do anything. And before someone answers that the other three are just the ones the game is revolving around, I am talking about general things like duels where they are just way too weak.
Ego literally says it's arbitrary. Tbh is likely he put the most volatile players(Team Z) together to inspire them to grow and awaken, while prodigies like Reo and Nagi are put in a group of nobodies and Zantetsu to play to their ideas of they are the special ones so they don't get discouraged. So the rankings are likely there to further those ideas

I mean, this is what I mean with questioning the ranking system. I don't know if there is a revelation but it could make sense. If a series makes you question something this can be good if the author intended for that question.
