    I am getting my first pair of these at 47 due to severe inner ear damage. The test pair alone made me emotional. I cannot wait to adjust.

    I have been using Opn 1's for 3 years, they were doing a nice job, until I lost one a few weeks back. I have an appointment coming up to get that replaced. Let's see if they suggest the More model. Stay tuned.

    I’m hoping to order a set here in Canada at the end of January. I love my Opn S 1 R , so I can’t wait to hear how they have improved the soundscape for me with the new More hearing aids.

      Hi Bob,
      We would love for the Oticon More to be compatible with all Android models. Unfortunately it depends on whether the Android has Android 10 and is ASHA (Audio Streaming for Hearing Aids) supported.

    I would be very happy to collect money during this year and buy Oticon more here in Kazakhstan. Unfortunately, Oricon seller here in Kazakhstan (Almaty) is unable to follow best practices as their REM apparatus is out of service for a long time already and it is not clear when it will be available. Could you advice me where I can find a proper audiology professional and find out more about prices and fitting?

    I have had Oticon More for a week. 1) sounds like tenor was turned up or sometimes static. 2) I use a lot of electronics (phone, tablet, PC, TV) They all have Bluetooth. If you advertise that Oticon More is bluetooth compatible, why do I need to buy additional hardware? 4) Sometimes the sounds goes dead in one ear or the other or in both while listening to Galaxy phone?

      Hi Diego,
      I can't say if or when a CROS compatible version of the Oticon More will be available at this moment. But just a year ago we launched our latest CROS solution: www.oticon.global/hearing-aid-users/hearing-aids/products/product-details?productId=206622 which is still a highly advanced and viable option for single sided hearing impairment.
      Kind regards,

    Thank you. Great review. What are the biggest differences between the More 3, 2, and 1? My audiologist is giving me a price of $4300, $5300, and $6300, respectively. Some hearing loss, age 50, but Tinnitus is my biggest issue. I’ve had it for 9 years, constant 24/7. Never goes away! Is the higher price justified for the model 1 and 2 over the 3? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Money is tight right now and I’d have to finance these. Thank you for any help. Thank you!!!

    • @Oticon
      @Oticon  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Bradford,
      To put it very simply, the biggest difference in the Oticon More 1, 2 and 3 models is the amount of audiological features that your audiologist is able to adjust, tweak and work with, so to match your specific hearing loss profile and create the best listening assistance possible. With the model 1, your audiologist simply has more settings/features to work with than the model 3 for example. The amount of settings/features required for your specific hearing loss should be evaluated and recommended by your audiologist - relative to your hearing loss. Here's a technical data sheet highlighting the differences between models (I know it's a lot of audiology technical terms, but your audiologist can explain them and what they mean for you in practice, should you be interested):
      wdhecomcdn1.blob.core.windows.net/damfilesprod/b07d13bf8d25497fa3f6abde006f0e07/pep/222836UK_TD_Oticon_More_miniRITE_R.pdf
      Though one feature all models have in common is that they all offer Tinnitus Sound Support.
      Kind regards,
      Anders, Oticon

    SNHL is 80% cause of hearing loss. And this loss is due to dead filaments in upper hearing range. And this upper level is where listening is needed to understand speech. So how does More create sound in upper levels?

      No IIC version in the pipeline (still on Opn technology). I think in North America the launch is around 12th January, end of November 2020 in some other territories.

      @Oticon  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The Oticon More can be fitted to cover profound hearing loss, yes. But of course it depends on the severity of your individual hearing loss whether the assistance will be sufficient. We recommend that you reach out to your local hearing care professional for further advice.
