I love that she includes the lil struggles and breaks she takes, no one is a super human and it's hard to get through these sometimes but you just gotta push through and keep going doing what you can 💖
I absolutely loathe working out but I make myself do 3-4 different 5 minute videos at least 5x a week and can say that while results take longer to come, I feel so much better about myself. Even if you are not doing hour long workouts, doing just a little everyday will get results too. Just be patient with yourself.

Much improved plank holds 35 secs and the plank jumping in and outs. I have to keep legs not v wide but I did it! Im over 55. It can be done. Good rest, take it slower...but strong. Increase reps as you get stronger.
My most favorite abs work out so simple yet effective. This is perfect for a jump start if you’ve fallen off the wagon and you see the results almost instantly LOVE IT !

Is it bad form or ineffective to keep your head lifted while doing leg raises? I seen people do both forms at the gym and I don’t know which is best to go with.
For me I’ve noticed the workout is better on the back when you have your head tucked into your chin though, I am not professional, but when I rest my head on the ground while doing flutter kicks (hands under butt) my back isn’t touching the floor and it’s harder on my back, with my neck tucked into my chin, it’s a bit uncomfortable sometimes but it helps the strain on my back :)
