@@MsTaLaiah I know you weren't directly asking me but 4 days a week should be fine especially since you're not using weights (technically you could do more!) But make sure you have a glute workout to do after this since this video is for glute activation!
@@MsTaLaiah I second the comment above mine. I work out my glutes 3days a week because I do heavy weight lifting with it. I do the activation first with my band and then I do my glute work out with 5 sets of 10 of each workout. Like she was saying above you don't incorporate weights so 4 is good for you, do 2 days on, rest 1 day so your muscles can recover, and then do the other 2 days. I would strongly suggest getting a set of booty bands if you aren't using weights! That way you can slowly increase your resistance!

Hey guysss!! So I’m back with results. I’ve been doing this glute activation before my workouts for about 3 months (I’m off and on with my consistency) but I can assure you that these DO help!! I’ve noticed when I start a workout I can feel it in my bum more and It has more of a shape to it! As you continue to do this workout it gets so much easier too. At first it was hard for me to complete it without stopping the video 😂 but now I can go through till the end!
Have u thighs grown too? Im tryna grow my butt but not really my thighs. Started a 30day squat challenge but recently learned that squats really workout more of ur quads more than the glutes, contrary to what everyone has come to believe about squats!
Great video! We are both in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. We say that "you don't stop moving when you get old, you get old when you stop moving!" So keep exercising, eat well, and calm the mind to lower stress ... anyone can be young at any age. I'm a little bit late, but I'll update the results. Help me to stay motivated. Waist: 66 cm Butt: 98 cm Day 1: I did the glute activation, the workout 1 time without weights and 2 times with 3 kg in each hand. Day 2: I absolutely hate cardio and I was really sore so I just did the abs workout twice Day 3: Rest day because I'm really sore and I have PE tomorrow Day 4: Another rest day, I had PE and my butt is still sore, and that's when it starts to grow Day 5: I was still a little bit sore, but I did the glute activation and the workout 3 times with 3 kg in each hand Day 6: my butt was a little bit sore, but I still did the first hiit workout and the upper body one Day 7: I did another glute activation, with an heavy resistance band, for 10 minutes, because I don't have heavier weights. I did the glute workout 3 times with 3kg in each hand Day 8: I barely feel sore, this workout is getting really easy, I hope next week's is harder. We ran 1 mile in PE so I'll skip today's workout. Day 9: aka day 7 of the challenge. This is supposed to be a rest day, but I like to ignore those and place them accordingly to my needs. So, I did the glute activation and the day 8 workout 3 times with 3 kg in each hand. Day 10: Rest day Day 11: I had PE, so it counts as hiit Day 12: I did another glute activation, 10 minutes with an heavy resistance band. I did the workout with 3 kg in each hand 3 times and I included the resistance band on squats. I hope my butt feels sore tomorrow, because this is getting really easy and I need heavier weights Day 13: Today I wasn't at home so I didn't workout. Honestly, I'm not worried at all because there are studies that prove that too much cardio can burn muscle, so cardio isn't essential for muscle growth and I do rather to focus on one thing at the time. Day 14: I literally did the same thing as in day 12 Day 15: I ran a mile in PE Day 16: I did a 10 minute glute activation with an heavy resistance band. Did the workout one time with 3 kg in each hand and on the other two times I added the resistance band. Day 17: Rest day Day 18: I had PE so it counts as cardio Day 19: I did a 10 minute glute activation with a resistance band. Then did the workout 3 times with the resistance band and 3kg in each hand Day 20: Rest day (I'm not worried about getting abs now, one thing at the time) Day 21: same thing as day 19. Tip: each time you do a workout start on a different side. On the other day I always started with the right side and today I started with the left one.
Hey just a quick tip only do these workouts three times a week then rest and do like cardio abs or other workouts because growing your butt NEEDS a few rest days or you won’t get the best results.

Thank you for this!! I have an adductor strain currently and my physical therapist has been telling me that activating and strengthening my gluts will help it relax. For whatever reason I don’t use my glutes hardly at all. My mind has turned off to feeling them. This helped me sooo much. I’m going to do this everyday and hopefully my adductor will finally relax itself
I love how you explain each exercise and also I love how there isn’t distracting background music which helps me connect more with my body. Tbh I didn’t feel my glutes until I got to the clamshells.I might just need to do this exercise twice!
I'm a senior. Studied body mind connection in massage therapy work. But "glutes amnesia" is a real thing. I'd heard about before but didn't realize how important it is to focus on the muscle I'm trying to activate. Holy krap, game changer. Her glute app must be torture.💪

started this normally then ordered some resistance bands which makes it so challenging but love this vid 🔥 edit: been doing this at the beginning of my leg/glute days and it’s honestly so helpful, i’ve even been able to upgrade to the medium resistance band (i’ve been using the light one for this workout but it got too easy)

This definitely changed my workouts. I am very quad dominant, but with this activation I totally feel my glutes during the workouts. I think I might get a heavy band and ankle weights to do this a full routine. How many times would you recommend to repeat as a full workout?
this can be a workout if u add weights n resistance, but yes these are activations, i promise they make the booty grow wayyy more. i used to be like u where i would be tired just with the activation, but doing weighted workouts after really helps, and eases tension as well!

started this normally then ordered some resistance bands which makes it so challenging but love this vid 🔥
edit: been doing this at the beginning of my leg/glute days and it’s honestly so helpful, i’ve even been able to upgrade to the medium resistance band (i’ve been using the light one for this workout but it got too easy)

This definitely changed my workouts. I am very quad dominant, but with this activation I totally feel my glutes during the workouts. I think I might get a heavy band and ankle weights to do this a full routine. How many times would you recommend to repeat as a full workout?
I'd say 3 if a beginner and 4-5 advanced, or just do it till you die hhh

you can just do this just more sets like 3 , and add some weights
this can be a workout if u add weights n resistance, but yes these are activations, i promise they make the booty grow wayyy more. i used to be like u where i would be tired just with the activation, but doing weighted workouts after really helps, and eases tension as well!
