    Thank you for the compliment on the content. However, the video optimization section could use some updates, currently scoring 20 out of 100. This might be affecting the reach of your videos, resulting in fewer subscribers, views, likes, watch time, and comments. Your TH-cam channel has great potential to fulfill your dreams. Can we discuss this further?

      I agree with your view that my SEO is not good. This includes titles and thumbnails. But my aim in the channel is to focus on content and hope that people will benefit from it. I don't expect much views. Who would watch a video about a second PhD? So the audience is very esoteric and erudite. They will come to my videos if they need to come.

    Thank you sir for the elaborated video. II already have a PhD but the university I graduated from had poor lab equipment which is why I am not confident about my lab skills is there a way that I can gain lab skills before starting the second PhD like doing a traineeship

      Probably the best way will be to find a job where you can do research like as a research assistant or research associate at a lab of a research institute or university. Some corporates also have good research labs.

    Respected Sir,
    Thankyou so much for all the valuable insights that you have given in this video. I need some guidance from your side.
    I am a second year phd student from an Institute of National Importance (INI). Despite this my lab lacks experimental facilities and i am forced to do simulation work using open source software. I have a good publication in a journal with high enough impact factor, still i feel i am not learning enough. I had many dreams for my phd and everything in going in vain. I am not getting enough guidance from my supervisor as he is busy with administrative duties.
    I am very worried that my phd thesis will not be strong enough to get a post doc. What shall i do?
    Shall i aim to finish this phd within 4 years and aim for another phd in abroad?? Or try to find a postdoc position even if my thesis becomes an average one. I am very tensed. Pleade help.

      If you are doing PhD from a good institution there is no need to do a second PhD. You can boost your work by a postdoc in a developed country. If you are open globally, this is not too difficult. You can consider either foundation postdocs or jobs which are advertised for postdocs. These videos may help. See the postdoc playlist for more info about specific countries and postdocs.

    Doing good work in msc phd alone will be ok? To be a assistant professor at iit or they also require good marks in BSC ? Please🙏 answer sir

    • @Drganguli

      Of course work in MSc and PhD are more important and given more weight. But some people also consider bachelor degree marks based on requirements or teaching capacity assessment. This varies by university and selection committees.

    Hello sir, What is ur opinion on Joint PhD where in two PhDs r awarded from two different universities?

    • @Drganguli
      @Drganguli  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That is a good idea. In fact Erasmus Mundus offers such joint masters and even PhD’s from two universities in some cases.

    • @Drganguli
      @Drganguli  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@parthasarathibhuniya1205 The test requirements will depend on the university. Toefl is generally needed by us universities. IELTS is needed by Canada, Australia etc. GRE is optional in many cases but a good score does improve chances. You will need to mention in your statement of purpose why you want to do a second PhD. I would recommend a postdoc if possible.
