I use a speed square and just do it in 2 peices usually. Good vid though, the guys who learned on ductboard tend to be able to make anything out of duct.
Now how about laying out and making a 6" round adjustable elbow! Lol i had to do that when i wrote my sheet metal mechanics ticket/license.... It's a real pain in the galvanized ass

I am doing a video series on HVAC sheetmetal I am going to show how to miter ductwork when making an offset but it will be later on in the series.
