My tenant who was renting from us was from Ukrainian. His mother would come stay with him when it was warm in Louisiana but too cold in Ukrainian. My tenant who was renting from us was from Ukrainian. His mother would come stay with him when it was warm in Louisiana but too cold in Ukrainian. She would make delicious soups for us and one had small pieces of chicken, cucumber, onion and dill that was served cold with sour cream. I cannot remember the name but it was delicious! Also she made a salad that had beets, mayonnaise, egg white and some type of fish maybe sardines which was okay but very different.
