Firstly, no jewelry on hands, when cooking sushi. On 0:43 there is something at the bottom of the rice, you ether burned it or haven't mixed dashi properly, also how you pour vinegar from the jug... there should be proportion of rice to sushi vinegar, not just random pouring.

Even so, I'd hope they wouldn't attack her just because she cut it wrong, etc. If you're just serving for family and friends they may not know the right or wrong way to do it, they may just be in awe about the fact you can make it. Because this criticism is neither helpful nor constructive. An explanation would have helped everyone including the uploader of the video. Most of us are on this page obviously to learn something new, while Almostazn12 claims to be a SUSHI CHEF for 6 years, which means he is in a position to share his valuable experience with others not just criticize and put others down without giving details or helpful tips. If not willing to do so then keep your opinion to yourself. No one asked for it anyway

We can get peanut butter, marshmallows, and sushi kits. We even have elk, horse and expensive foods. Idk when you've been, Idk where you've been. And actually, you can find those in the biggest cities (Timișoara, București (Bucharest), Cluj-Napoca, Brașov, Constanța). But where I live (@60.000 people) you don't find exotic vegetables in the nearby cities
