Love your content so much, could you make a video about how to make great chicken skewers, like a shish taouk, whenever we make it at home it’s usually dry but at a restaurant it’s usually loaded with juices not just from the chicken but also on the outside. Is there a secret in how they lay the chicken afterwards, do they add something to the pan? Would really love to see that

Thismay be out of your wheelhouse, but if you have words of wisdom about tofu that would be a great addition also. My whole family is comprised of carnivors, and I have learned alot from your channel. But many of is have vegan friends that we love.
When I started watching this video I was distraught ----- I thought you were leaving TH-cam. I love your content and wished there was more like it. I am not a media guru, but I wish there was a way to get more exposure for you. 51K subscribers is good, but with the quality of your content and the subjects you cover, it should be 10 if not 20 times that. I subscribe to about 10 to 15 cooking channels because I love to cook, with a huge lean towards grills and fire. Guga, Kent Rollins, Mad Scientist BBQ and a bunch of others don't have anything better than you, especially on the factual side of cooking ---- except exposure. It might take an investment to increase production quality and exposure ---- but I am not an expert. Keep up the good work.
