How to make Abacha

Finally, following popular demand, I present to you, my all time favorite dish : The Ultimate Abacha recipe, prepared and delivered by an Enugu Igbo woman with lots of experience in making this dish. This fortunately is one of those dishes I can make with my eyes closed. *smiles.
Despite living very far from the source, I cannot count the frequency at which I make abacha.
It is with all the love in my heart that I present to you this long awaited video: How to make abacha ( uncooked ).
Abacha as most people know, is a local delicacy, enjoyed mainly by the Igbo speaking tribe of Nigeria. Chances are that if you attend any Igbo Nigerian wedding, the abacha runs out before any other meal. It is a cassava based meal, prepared with a lot of spices, meat or fish as well as a good touch of finesse and experience. .

To further improve the viewer experience, I have decided to deliver this video in Igbo language, firstly as a way of promoting the language and secondly as per demand from my followers.
