Born & raised in Ottawa Canada, I know what you are dealing with! The snow is so beautiful, but so treacherous. Right now I am sitting in my sunny lanai in Wilmington North Carolina where we retired- a ten minute drive to the ocean. Blissful! Never mind- when you are feeling low just look in the mirror. How can someone’s hair ALWAYS look so pretty & perfect like you just walked out of a salon? Lucky you!! Merry, merry Christmas! I shall miss seeing you every day!
My husband is a terrible passenger when I’m driving and I get those expressions and grunts that you were making too 🤣 That weather must be very challenging for you although on camera, for us it looks magical! Glad you were able to get on with your granny wrap with those beautiful colours x
I love snow but my dad always said the only good place for it was on a Christmas card 😂 If we had that much snow time UK everything would grind to a halt .😱😂😂😂😂 .
The only bit of wine-ing left to do would be what's in your glass 😁 Our tipple of choice tonight was the good old fashioned G&T.. Aviation Gin..so good
Don’t normally drink in the evening but still trying to recover from my sisters visit so enjoying a Mikes Hard Lemonade. Cheers to you my friend!! I love seeing your beautiful snowfalls. Sorry it’s so much trouble for you.
The snow is beautiful-but a real pain for retailers this close to Christmas. Here on Vancouver Island, that amount of snow would shut us down for days!!
I’m in Massachusetts not far from Boston, and our weather seems to be on the same track. Yesterday we had about 6 inches of snow (15 cm.), and it’s cold and getting much colder. I’m not a fan of winter!
I love the yarn indulgence yarn advent. I am opening the Brigerton set and love all the colours of both. What are you thinking of making with all the beautiful yarn?
Good morning Nancy. I have a question. It might sound silly but, your Felix is beautiful. My question is Aron weight yarn is it the same as worsted weight yarn? Are they interchangeable in knitting?
Sorry for the delay Wendy and not a silly question! Aran and worsted can be interchangeable, but you'd have to check the yardage and gauge. I had to go down a needle size for my Felix. Aran is more a UK term and worsted is North American

Your lanai sounds lovely and well done for an exemplary retirement ❣️ I'm fed up with my hair, so that's a fantastic thing to read...thank you 🥰

If I could stay home and enjoy the snow ❄️ I wouldn't mind winter
I ABSOLUTELY knit when my spousal unit is driving through nasty winter weather - it's essential. Freezing rain is my kryptonite!
Agreed!!!@

I agree with your dad

Your scrappy blanket is really beautifully rich! Cozy meets gorgeous. Happy baking and making😊
Thanks Lynn...scrappy is so fun❣️
I stopped on the supermarket carport to watch this vlogmas episode and 'have a cheeky little knit' too. 😂 thanks for keeping me company
Anne! That's the nicest comment.🥰

I hate to wish away the next 3 months, but not a fan of winter
That was a lot of snow. My husband would love your husbands snow removal method, even though we don’t have as much to remove. Love you videos.
It was and Brad had refined his methods over the years 🤓
Hello from Swansea, Illinois. ❤❤❤❤ I put on breaks more than the driver I am sure that I am going to put a hole in the floor board.
😆

Me either 😞

I helped wrap the Bridgerton advent with Deborah and I loved the colours. I'm still not sure what I'm doing with mine 💕
