Why does everyone keep saying Mk characters beat homelander? Johnny cage was almost killed by bullets in MK11. Cassie was almost killed by bullets, every time bullets are fired an Mk character has to dodge or teleport away.

Its because geras gets stronger anytime he dies, he explains in mk11 that he is a fixed point in time, so if he dies Kronika (basically time god) reverses his death and makes him stronger each time. Unless HL takes out Kronika, he’s fighting a meaningless fight.
