A fire will need a heat of 110° to put 2nd degree burn on humans (impressive for saitama his skin 4× stronger than a regular man) the best estimate is, saitama can get burned by 500-700° plasma to get through his skin and giving him the benifit of the doubt, 1000° at maximum if you want to over estimate him. Superman has a heat vision that reaches way hotter than that.

Only part that’s unrealistic is that he killed them all for seemingly no reason. Although honestly he wouldn’t kill any of them he’d probably just ignore them and walk away. Unless they were somehow a threat to Saitama’s friends, or humanity, them being killed without hesitation doesn’t make a lot of sense. And I think he would have at least let Homelander punch first to see if he feels anything.

A small observation/detail I would add to this is that of saitama’s character. He never punches first. He always lets a person attack him or cause destruction to give him a reason to use a reasonable strength approach.

Yeah, that pretty much went the way I expected.
The only "unrealistic" part is that Saitama generally only uses lethal force against monsters, not humans. He'd more likely sandbag against Homelander a bit to gauge his strength and figure out how much to hold back in order to only KO him. Then he'd keep watching Supes and Omni-Man's fight so he could to do the same to them.
But since this is clearly a "morals off" death battle thing... then yeah, totally proper outcome.
Both superman and omni man are not humans. Also Saitama doesn't beat superman, especially not comic superman, superman one shots all 3 verses. People need to learn to differentiate between character and narrative, superman has both the stronger character and narrative.

True homelander would know that saitama bpm didn’t rise but he also knows nothing about him so his arrogance of being superior would only take effect after he realises he genuinely powerless against him.

Accurate except for two things: Saitama only kills monsters which means he'd never kill Superman and it's debatable he wouldn't just humiliate the other two and let them live. Also, he'd probably want to see what they could actually do before finishing them. Saitama is all about hoping he meets an opponent that can actually challenge him and letting them gets some licks in first.
TRUUUUE that was my biggest problem with this. I've never seen Saitama kill a human, only monsters.

Based on my extensive research which consisted of watching S1 and S2 of OPM, wouldn't Saitama view Homelander the same as those humans that were made into monsters? Superman and Omniman are space aliens not human, they're going down too. Only Popeye (after a can of spinach) or Chuck Norris have any hope of defeating Saitama.
