Later al Qaeda leader Osana bun Laden was hiding in Pakistan for 6 years before the Americans found him. The world thinks he was an evil person and a terrorist. For Pakistan and the Taliban he is a hero and martyr.
Taliban could not have conquered Afghanistan without the help of the Pakistan Atmy. It trained the Taliban, gave it weapons and sent its oen soldiers disguised as Taliban. Pakistan Army has lost many officers and soldiers during the last 3 months when fighting in Afghanistsn disguised as Taliban fighters. The killed are 7 officers, 12 JCOs and over 75 soldiers. The total number could be much more.
Deaths are being kept secret from the Pakistan public. The families have been given huge compensation ammounts.
The number of wounded are 5 officers, 9 JCOs and over 150 soldiers. They are being treated secretly in the Military Hospitals at Peshawar, Quetta and Swat.
Names of two officers killed in the Panjshir vslley are Maj. Aijaj and Capt. Jufar were killed in the fighting at Panjshir valley. Many soldiers were also killed but actual numbers are not known because fighting is still going on and many bodies have not been recovered.
I think now Kashmiris should also stand for their rights….. They should fight with Indian army for their freedom…

The withdrawal of NATO troops from Afghanistan was a serious mistake! The West should have stayed there with a certain number of soldiers. Much has been achieved in Afghanistan in the past 20 years. Schools, hospitals and universities were built. Millions of Afghans enjoyed freedoms for the first time in their lives. Armed resistance has already formed in many places in Afghanistan. The West must support these people with money, weapons, ammunition, logistics and training. Air strikes would also be possible. The great danger now is that Afghanistan will once again become a haven for all sorts of Islamist terrorist organizations. The West must now get as many local workers and other particularly threatened groups of people out of this country as possible. This also applies to their core families. The goal must be to overthrow the Taliban and protect innocent people. That does not mean that one country can or should solve these problems on its own. Joe Biden has done a lot of damage to himself and his country. Also we need strong sanctions against Pakistan!

If you look at portraits of royal and republican leaders of Afghanistan before 1996, they are all clean shaven and wear suits or uniforms. The Taliban leaders get their culture and dress code from those jihadi madrassas in Pakistan. The Taliban is owned and controlled by Pakistan, this is not a movement of the Afghan people. If you view film footage of Afghanistan in the 1960s and 1970s, the people are peaceful, and happy, no jihadis or mujahideen to be seen anywhere. Afghanistan was handed to Pakistan on a silver plater. Eveyone in the security establishment knew the Kabul government won't last long with out the American support. Even with the Taliban around, the pakistani security establishment won't be happy because a stable afghanistan is not in the best interest of Pakistan. To have leverage over Taliban there must be turmoil in Afghanistan. The next phase of Pakistans plan is to create infighting between the haqanis and the Taliban.
