In my country, Ethiopia, Senior physicians' salary is aroung $196 per month before tax, which is very saddening. After all 7 years of med school plus 3-5 years of specialty training.

Coming to the point, the salary looks decent when taken from an expense point of view, but there is another factor, in India the children have their parents directly dependent on them, so it often becomes a problem for residents whose parents do not have government jobs(FYI: In India government jobs are the most secured jobs, as the employees are given a decent pension after retirement(often aided by the govt.) as well as high medicare insurance)

If an urologist has 3 surgeries a day and 20 days a month he works and for each surgery he gets 3000 dollars at the end of a month it will be 180000 dollars and for a year it will be more than 1 million dollars why did you say about 400000 dollars? Thanks
Not it is integrated 7 year neurosurgery and neurosurgery is not a subspecialty or followship of general surgery. Choose one, either a geneal surgeon or a neurosurgeon, you can't do both.

In india a 2nd year resident receives around 65000 Rupees each month before taxes which is equivalent to $780 per month

A resident salary in morocco is either around 1200$ a month or 400$ (if you wanna leave for private practice immediately)

You can apply to the Match again but it is not a fellowship after GS.
