Yacht master looks great with the oyster flex. Strange they offer it on a Skydweller and not sub or seadweller.

Indeed, perfect balance of sport and luxe. Keeping our eyes peeled for the Oysterflex Sub, too 😄

I added a nice Swiss after market rubber band from, B Watch brand to my Sub and it looks and feels great.

I had to shorten it to my wrist size. Took out the pin from the rubber end of one strap (had to do a bit of manhandling though) and refixed the pin on the third hole and fixed it to the strap end. Working well. If one needs to shorten more, I guess one has to snip of the end where the hole is, so the pin can go into another hole in the rubber end.

i always wonder how you adjust the size of the strap? i can't see holes on it?

You get a band fitted to your wrist. Then there’s glide lock for small adjustments.

No one’s asked this yet: Can one swap the rubber Oysterflex with the metal Oyster bracelet?
I.e., a yellow 18k Daytona with a black dial, black Cerachrom bezel and a factory-released Oysterflex bracelet swapped with a yellow 18k Oyster bracelet?👍

Hi Ron! We don't believe so. The Rolex Oysterflex has custom end links that do not allow for swapping with another bracelet.

"Oysterflex" rubber strap same, Rolex looks good in metallic bracelet. the trend now maybe rubber strap, but timeless design will soon go back to metallic bracelet.
if asked anyone or majority of the people who could only choose the one Rolex, I bet 98% of population would choose mantellic bracelet.
in conclusion, Rubber strap are for people who already have too many watches in their collection and have way too much $$$$ than what to do with.
I did tried put my Submariner on rubber strap for a brief one summer, but after that, I had to go back to steel bracelet. because, It's Rolex and not Casio or Seiko.

We can be honest and say it’s the actual watch that is important. You could lose the bracelet and be good as long as you had the watch. That’s where the craftsmanship is at. Ask most and I’m sure they’d rather have something comfortable to show off their piece. Metal will just pull on your hair too. There are pros and cons. But again the actual watch itself is what’s important. There are other, better brands, than Rolex that are way more expensive and only come with a leather strap. Are you gonna give your two cents on that too?
